Abstract: The advent of the Internet era has changed the way people get information. As a common phenomenon of social opinion, rumor forms a new force combined with the Internet, which no longer confined to specific groups, specific space-time, specific scope of transmission, its speed of transmission and impact increases quickly. Internet rumors have the characteristics of multi-subject, virtuality and emotional incitement, which have negative impacts on the value orientation, moral behavior and sense of responsibility for young students. College students, as the future builders of the country, their establishment of correct values, the cultivation of ethics and morality and the level of civic awareness directly affect the establishment of social order. Therefore, colleges and universities should take active steps to value students' network literacy education, cultivate students' awareness of the instrumentality and practicality of the network, maintain rational and critical cognition in the network information, and understand the characteristics of interactivity and the public opinion guidance of network information dissemination. The above aims are to improve young students' ability to identify network consensus, and reduce or even eliminate the impact of Internet rumors on young students. Young students should correctly understand the harm of Internet rumors, resist them and maintain network security and social stability.

Abstract: So far, teaching of ideological and political theory is still the main channel for ideological and political education of Chinese College students. One of the most important criteria for teaching quality is the ratio of raising heads in class. It is a common problem that the ratio of raising heads in the ideological and political theory course in local ordinary university is not high. The important reason is results management mode which pays attention to the final exam results and despises the usual grades. "Despising the usual grades" means that students do not have to study hard in class. "Paying attention to final exam results" means that students only need to work hard in open book exams. Local ordinary university students mean that their learning initiative is weak. The exam is usually open at the end of the ideological and political theory course. In the final exam, it is difficult to examine the changes in students' ability and values to solve practical problems by using Marxist theory. So, the results management mode is not suit for ideological and political theory course, should turn to process management mode which focusing on the regular grade downplaying the final exam results. The regular grade should dominate which including attendance, speaking in class, practical teaching and writing learning experience and so on. The process management mode has greatly increased the ratio of raising heads in class. It is proved that this is an efficient mode.

Abstract: In terms of the proposal of building cultural confidence, the development of lifelong education in China still has a long way to go. Cultural confidence is not only a conception, but the guiding ideology of our country's socialist construction road. This paper mainly discusses the problems and improvement methods in the development of education under the background of cultural confidence. Abstract: In coming society of new era English has become the communicative language of today’s international context. More and more people are using English to obtain and exchange information. First English reading, as an important part of English, is one of the ways to reflect the reader’s potential English communication skills. The reading process links authors and readers in two ways. On the one hand, the author expresses his intentions, thoughts and feelings in written form. On the other hand, the reader understands the information to be expressed by the author through the identification, connection and reasoning of these linguistic symbols. Over the years English teachers have been dedicated to improving students’ comprehensive reading skills. However there are quite a few English teachers who pay much attention to vocabulary, sentences, paragraphs and articles in various reading skills to train students, let alone from the perspective of relevance theory. Then the paper aims to discuss and analyze the cognitive nature of English reading, comprehensively discusses three reading patterns. Hence English reading comprehension requires a more comprehensive and effective reading mode to guide its teaching and learning. Relevance theory holds that reading is the process of explicit reasoning, the process of readers looking for the best association, and the process of choosing context. Therefore teachers will focus on cultivating students’ reasoning ability, focusing on dynamic context and finding relevance. At last the paper puts forwards several points of relevance theory and attempts to find effective solutions to apply them in the reading process.

Abstract: Along with the development of Internet technology and integrated with the theory of instruction and culture of the organization, the conception of “Network Learning(NL)” has gone through “e-Learning/Education” to “Networked e-Learning/e-Education”, then to “Networked Learning.” However, one aspect, the conception of NL, cannot escape the language system of traditional epistemology and the dualism of science and culture. Another aspect, the development of the network society requires the NL to expand its meaning. This article aims to reconstruct the conception of “NL”. Based on the literature review of existed studies on NL, at the perspective of Actor-Network Theory, an etymology study is carried out. The result shows that the new conception of “NL”, includes three meanings of technological, social and philosophical levels. Firstly, the “NL” at the technological level refers to the general learning activities by means of Internet technology. Secondly, the “NL” at the social level refers to the learning environment or context which aims to improve the interaction, communication and cooperation among learners. Ultimately, “NL” at the philosophical level refers to the basic form of the existence of learning life which is the heterogeneous network constructed around the knowledge. It is expected to become the new mode of education in the near future with the integration of learning as ontology, epistemology and methodology.
