The research is identified through the combination of both qualitative and quantitative methods used. Teachers and students’ surveys and observation sheets have been applied to gather information about leadership’s crucial domains of responsibility importance in EFL classes. The questionnaire has been administered to 10 EFL lecturers, 7 collected, 24 EFL teachers, 15 collected, and 44 university EFL students, 33 collected, the research population is 55 with the sample size 48. 10 experienced educators have been interviewed with the sample size 10, and 6 classes observed in the target language teaching and learning context, the sample size being 6. The main results reveal the high place leadership occupies in education and especially in language teaching and more specifically in EFL teaching and learning. It can chiefly be suggested that educators recognise the unavoidable need to receive effective trainings and undergo frequent seminars and workshops in leadership so as to cope successfully with adequate management in educational centres and elsewhere.

Abstract: The consequences of scientific illiteracy are much more dangerous in our era than in any previous one. Professionals must know their field, but at the same time possess ethical and moral values, whose purpose is to seek the common good, since knowledge implies the capacity for social action. There is a new computer culture without age limits or borders. Therefore, to achieve the desired development; the whole society must be involved. This challenge can be a valuable resource to form critical, reflective, and socially prepared citizens and internationalization must ensure that human solidarity with true respect for the multiculturalism of each country is not lacking. Science does not remain basic indefinitely, eventually, it becomes applied science and evolves into technology, then modulates to industrial practice, and knowledge becomes power. Our universities must promote the acquisition of knowledge and procedures, but at the same time, they must awaken ethical values in young people. Far from training young people for life, they are trained only for productivity and economic profitability. Educating for life requires guiding scenarios to affirm the multiversity of life. Educational agents meet to make themselves known and live the experience of knowing themselves as another, of welcoming the other in otherness. It is imperative that the student not only learn what he receives in the teaching-learning process but also needs to understand and evaluate what he has learned in different contexts and transform the information received into his own knowledge. Current education must implement comprehensive and uplifting perspective at all educational levels. The pedagogical intervention must change education inside their own cultural area, so that the student becomes actors of his own time. This educational process is called the "mesoaxiological perspective of Pedagogy". Our professionals must strive to create, to produce the scientific-technical knowledge that we need, they must know how to handle the epistemological bases that sustain them, and convert the information they handle into knowledge that allows them to be builders of the socioeconomic transformation that our beautiful countries deserve.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to explain the design of a project-based learning model and the results of its implementation with the help of the Moodle platform in learning short story texts in class IX. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. This study uses a qualitative approach with the ADDIE model development method. Data collection was in the form of teacher and student activities in every aspect of learning model design, short story text assessment instruments, student worksheets and short story text product presentations. The form of data in this study is in the form of scores for short story text assessment sheets. From the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the ability to write short stories in class IX at SMP NU Darul Ma'arif Kaplongan, with a total of 28 students, obtained an average total score of 90.3 out of the highest score of 100. Meanwhile, the field trial phase was carried out at SMPN 1 Karangampel Indramayu which totaling 31 students with an average total score of 80.5 out of the highest score of 100. And SMP Muhammadiyah Karangampel with a total of 31 students obtained an average total score of 80 out of the highest score of 100. Overall implementation results both small group trials and field trials received an average -the average total score is 86.6, it is included in the "Very Eligible" category. That is, the design of a project-based learning model assisted by the Moodle platform media is able to improve students' ability to compose short story texts. Which illustrates an increase in effectiveness and value scores after using the project-based learning model. The design of the Moodle Platform-Assisted Project-Based Learning Model in Learning Short story text is a combination of PjBL and the Moodle Media Platform, so the design of this model is very much needed by teachers in learning Short Story texts. From the implementation of the use of the PjBL model assisted by the Moodle Media Platform, it can be concluded that the developed Project-Based Learning Model Assisted by the Moodle Media Platform in Learning Short Story Texts in SMP/MTS is very feasible for teachers and students to use in learning.

Abstract: Background: Self-awareness is the basic and main capacity of humans to make changes or self-improvements for the better while avoiding behaviors that are detrimental to themselves and others. Therefore, efforts to enhance self-awareness, including group guidance activities, need to be undertaken. Objective: This study aimed to identify the ways in which group guidance enhances university students’ self-awareness. Group guidance activities were structured to enhance the self-awareness of university students. Method: This study used a one-group pretest-posttest research design, which involved administering a pretest, treatment, and posttest to a single group. Twelve second-year university students were selected for this study using purposive sampling. Participants were administered the Self-Awareness Scale to measure their level of self-awareness before and after the intervention. The group underwent five weeks of group guidance activities, with one session per week. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics of mean and standard deviation for the research questions, while the Wilcoxon signed-rank test was used to analyze the data and determine the effectiveness of group guidance in enhancing students’ self-awareness. Results: Data analysis revealed a significant difference in the mean scores of self-awareness between the pre-test and post-test (p = 0.002 < 0.05), indicating that the implementation of group guidance effectively enhanced university students' self-awareness. Conclusion: Thus, this study proved that group guidance can be an effective method for enhancing students’ self-awareness.
