Abstract: The influence of fillers loading rate on the tensile behaviours (tensile strength, Young Modulus, tensile energy, tensile strain and Stress at LOP) of reinforced epoxy composites were investigated in this research. Both filler materials (OBPS and SD) where treated with 5(w/v)% Sodium hydroxide solution for 1 hour at ambient temperature of 27±3°C. The composite samples were prepared with five different volume (10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 vol%) of OBPS and SD in the ratio of 1:1, using the hand lay-up method. All the composite samples were prepared and tested according to ASTM standards, using the Universal Testing Machine. Results from this present research showed that the fillers loading had significant (P ≤ 0.05) effect on all the tensile behaviors investigated. In addition, the results showed that all the five tensile behaviours of the samples increased gradually with increase in fillers loading. The tensile strain increased by 53.18%, as the fillers loading increased from 10% to 30 vol.%.in addition the tensile strength increased from 7.86 to 27.47 MPa, while the Young modulus increased from 668.4 to 1235.93 MPa. Results obtained from this study can be helpful in the production of composite boards for industrial applications.

Abstract: The sustainability of the debt is an important pillar of a healthy economy, especially as it illustrates a country's ability to meet its debt obligations without recourse to debt relief or arrears. This paper analyzes the sustainability of DR Congolese public debt. It starts from the origin of the debt through the analysis of the situation after the completion point of the PPTE initiative to finally analyze the sustainability of the public debt and the risks it faces. Globally, it was noted that without the PPTE initiative, the DRC's external debt indicators would have exceeded the applicable thresholds: 30% of GDP, 100% of exports and 200% of revenues, but once they reach the completion point these ratios fell below the applicable thresholds: 24.4% of GDP, 42% of exports, and 124.3% of revenues.

Abstract: With the acceleration of scientific and technological progress in China, the number of scientific and technological papers published from China has soared, but the development of scientific and technological journals in China is relatively slow, and the problem that the development of periodicals lags behind the progress of science and technology and the growth of scientific and technological papers has become the focus of attention of Chinese scientific and periodical circles. In order to discover the way how to shorten the gap between scientific and technological innovation, rapid development of scientific and technological articles and slow development of scientific and technological journals in China, the authors studied and analyzed the problems and challenges encountered in the process of internationalization of Chinese scientific and technological journals based on the practice of academic journals, especially those of China petroleum industry in recent years. The authors put forword a set of strategies and experiences of developing sci-tech periodicals and science and technology at the same time. This paper reveals the deep-seated causes and negative effects of China sci-tech periodicals relatively lagging behind the rapid development of papers. The authors point out that well-known authoritative academic journals can increase the pace of internationalization on the basis of consolidating Chinese journals. According to the author's research, journals can give full play to the advantages of running journals in their mother tongue, stimulate the enthusiasm of scientists to create journals in their mother tongue, report on significant progress in scientific and technological innovation, carry forward the spirit of craftsmen, promote scientific editors, grasp academic trends, and promote the "four pairs" mode of running journals, so as to keep pace with the development of national science and technology. Synchronizely, sci-tech journals help national scientific and technological innovation, enhance the international influence of journals, and build the brand of authoritative academic journals. On this basis, multilingual publishing can even be launched for global scientific and technological dissemination.

Abstract: This article presents an general approach to improve the power system planning, load flow pattern and stability of transmission lines using modern analysis concept. The objective is to categorize and characterize the existing system reliability concerns inherited from the adopted deterministic criteria, so that power utilities can accordingly adjust their reliability criteria to manage with real-life system uncertainties and hence to improve the overall system reliability. In the past many wide spread blackouts had occurred in interconnected power systems. Therefore it is necessary to ensure that grid should be operated economically and reliably. Contingency analysis is a well-known function in modern power system management. The aim of this analysis is to give the operator information about the static security, power flow pattern and stability. In general an outage largest capacity of one transmission line or transformer may lead to disturb the vital parameters in other lines. Modern analysis is used to calculate the violation on the network and improvement. Nuclear power plant is a base unit and best way to dispatch the power to the grid with minimum disturbance. This paper also shows the network stability, power flow management for 500MW Nuclear power plant transmission lines and connected to southern region network of India.
