Abstract: “The environmental science and technology aesthetics” is an innovative and aesthetic concept the author first presented in this article. It is born through the marriage of ecology, aesthetics, science and technology, which is a new interdisciplinary application aesthetic subject that arises with the inspiration of contemporary ecological concepts, environmental ideas, and aesthetic thoughts. It is based on the theories of ecological ontology, ecological ethics and ecological value, and it is the concrete application of environmental aesthetics theory in science and technology area, and the perfect combination of science and technology and environmental aesthetics, and it is the science of the general laws in which science and technology are studied, innovated and developed in accordance with the principles of environmental aesthetics. It, from an aesthetic point of view, with the attitude, viewpoint and method of aesthetics, studies the environmental phenomena, environmental relationships and environmental laws between science and technology and nature, human and society. It fully respects the nature and carries out the science and technology innovation with natural materials and simple and suitable functions and structure. It not only focuses on economic efficiency, but also pays attention to social and environmental benefits. The environmental science and technology aesthetics requires that science and technology could make environment develop sustainably, promote science and technology, nature, human, society to coexist harmoniously, and pursuit that human beings develop harmoniously and always maintain health and vitality in the world and the universe, and it is the unity of environmental aesthetic ideal of human and the development of science and technology innovation. The environmental science and technology aesthetics is the aesthetic sense formed with the value orientation of environmental concept, the human’s realization of the environmental value, and the common sense and happy sound of singing that the environmental correlation between science and technology and nature triggered. The environmental science and technology aesthetics is the important theoretical resource that guides the development of modern science and technology. It has great theoretical significance and real practical value for us to surpass the Western traditional dualistic and opposing thinking mode, modern tool reason and anthropocentrism, promote modern science and technology to be environmental and maintain healthy, scientific and ecological development, construct socialist environmental civilization, and build a beautiful China and a beautiful world.

Abstract: Over the years, deteriorating quality of pipe borne water has urged most Ghanaians to patronize sachet water as a safer and cheaper source of drinking water. The study investigated production and vendor practices that compromise quality of sachet water in the Central Region of Ghana. Quasi experimental design - Single Group Interrupted Time Series (SGITS) was used. Six sachet water producing companies and 6 vendors who sell products from these companies were purposively selected. Three sachets (500ml) were sampled from each company and vendor totaling 36 sachets. Membrane Filtration (MF) and Multiple Tube Fermentation (MTF) were used to isolate Total coliform (TC), Fecal coliform (FC), E. coli (EC) and Total heterotrophic bacteria (TH). Borehole water ‘B’ had very low pH (5.3). TC was positive (141 cfu/100ml) in one water sample while all 18 water samples were positive for TH when MF was used probably as a result of the use of inefficient filters. Samples taken from vendors’ sachet packages were more contaminated than those from companies using both MF and MTF. This indicates that production and vendor practices can further contaminate sachet water as was shown by the lack of good manufacturing practices such as observing personal hygiene among company staff. A more proactive approach that identifies risks and puts in place measures at critical points in sachet water production to promote and enhance overall quality will be important. The introduction of membrane filters as a more sensitive way of detecting these parameters as well as the Presence/Absence test as an inexpensive, reliable and easy test in the analysis of sachet water hopefully will help improve and maintain quality. It is recommended that the Ghana Health Services partner with the metropolis to develop a bacteriological water quality monitoring training program to help train producers of sachet water to meet standards.

Abstract: Information systems in the public environment, depend for their successful integration, largely on the needs analysis to make appropriate authorities, as no technology is incorporated as part of the global technology boom, but rather to integrate this as part of an investigation that achieves maximum use of scripts, in order to support the management control of municipally public services, with the help of scientific methodologies, qualitative and quantitative and technological methodologies of intervention to correct structure and foundation of these services. A result of this research is the implementation of a specific information system to improve administrative and operational processes in the attention and follow up of municipality public services. This information was collected in 6 municipalities of Mexico, through field research techniques such as interviews and observation, applied to administrative and operational staff providing this service, in each of the municipalities, while complementing them with 196 applications of citizen surveys.
