Abstract: Training is one of the organizational forms of postgraduate. In teaching English for specific purposes ESP it is very useful as it allows the student to be approached to the real scenario where he needs to communicate, among other functions. The teacher never loses his role but according to the scenario, it may include other skills that are not the ones they are used to display in the traditional class. Being a tutor in the workplace is very challenging. Sometimes teachers are scared of failing, as they have to face a technical vocabulary as well as some unforeseen situations which have to be handle with some expertise. The key is not to be afraid of these new experiences. Using the student’s expertise in their field together with the teacher´s skills may become a very powerful tool. This article goes into the different roles of the tutor as facilitator of the pedagogical process during this organizational form. The author of this paper wants to provide with some confidence to teachers while they are specializing in different ESP scenarios. That´s why she has shared examples of a training that was carried out in an oil exploration and production company in the province of Matanzas through three performance tasks carried out in the workplace. This may be generalized to other contexts too.

Abstract: Crime is deemed as an important strategic social problem in Bangladesh. Every day, large number of people, particularly women and children, of our country are becoming victims of various damned crimes including domestic violence, trafficking, acid burn, sexual harassment and rape. In this context, the present research focuses on the existing services and aids of victim support center in Bangladesh. This study based on in-depth interviews (12 case studies) from the victims and Key Informant Interview (5 KII) have been analyzed as enlisted in Victim Support Center (VSC) guided by Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP). This study used Thematic analysis and shows the effectiveness of victim support services includes victim’s counseling, medical assistance, physical and financial supports. In our country the present system emphasis has been placed on the reduction of crime on offender-based strategies. Thus, contrary to the high crime rate and number of victims, very few services are available to the victims of crime and very little attention paid to victim’s services. Although compulsory, the necessity of providing professional support services to the victims of crime is relatively new in Bangladesh. Victim Support Centre (VSC) is providing services and aids for the protection of the victims of crime. The victim support service will continue to fight for victim support, victims’ rights, and legislation to further assist victims. Finally, this research recommends to take necessary measures for ensuring effective victim support service in Bangladesh.

Abstract: Most of them were from low social economic status, owing to the lack of education and awareness of UTI, they tended to neglect minor symptoms and ultimately faced complications like premature births, low birth weight and increased perinatal mortality. Objectives: was to assess level of knowledge and attitude regarding Urinary Tract Infections and its prevention among mothers attending antenatal sessions. The study was conducted on 120 mothers attending antenatal sessions at the clinic by purposive sampling technique. The structured questionnaire was used to collect data. Results: The study revealed that 21 (17.6%) antenatal mothers had good knowledge, whilst 74 (62.2%) and 24 (20.2%) had average and poor knowledge respectively (Mean score = 3.16 points, SD = 2.74). Health center/clinic was cited as the main source of information regarding UTIs by 30.4% of the antenatal mothers. Regarding attitude, 13 (10.9%) had positive attitude, 59 (49.6%) had neutral attitude and 47 (39.5%) shown negative attitude (Mean score = 5.67 points, SD = 2.49). On the whole, respondents did recognize the threat posed by UTIs as most (70.6%) agreed with the statement: “I think that UTIs are serious and life-threatening infection during pregnancy.” There was a statistically significant association between educational level, socioeconomic status and knowledge regarding UTIs and its prevention (P= 0.001 & P=0.011), as well as between knowledge and attitude (P=0.006). This study concluded that knowledge enhancement program related to UTIs among mothers attending antenatal sessions in health centers/clinics or hospitals may change their level of knowledge and attitude.

Abstract: A study was undertaken to monitor the plant growth attributes and yield of soilless cucumbers (V1: Kafka, V2: Multistar and V3: PBRK-4) in relation to differential fertigation scenarios (F1: 100%, F2: 85% and F3: 70% of nutrient solution under optimal microclimatic conditions) during two successive growing seasons of 2016-17 (Season 1: September 2016 to January 2017 and Season 2: February to May 2017). The yield of cucumbers was significantly affected by fertigation treatments in interaction with crop varieties. The plant growth attributes viz. plant height, number of nodes per plant, leaf area index (LAI), plant intermodal distance, fruit water content (FWC) and others in association affected the yield. Irrespective of the growing seasons, the average fruit yield was recorded to be in the range of 2.5-3.5 kg per plant with having highest and lowest values under F1V2 and F3V3 respectively, in relation to plant height, number of nodes per plant and inter-nodal distance per plant per variety. Among crop varieties, the highest yield was recorded under V2, chiefly due to larger intermodal distance and FWC for same average number of nodes per plant and plant height. Thus, monitoring plant growth attributes is essentially required for better understanding of their relationship with the fruit yield.

Abstract: Rage – a sudden outburst of explosive and often destructive anger – is part of the human condition. Yet it is one that often hits the headlines in the context of celebrity outburst, domestic violence and road rage. Whether this violent anger is directed at complete strangers or people within our social spheres, it has developed its own terminology – ‘losing one’s cool, air rage, road rage, trolley rage are all increasingly accepted as a part of the pressures of modern day. This essay offers case studies which supply new socio-psychological and therapeutic insights, based on social-anthropological data. The author goes on to explore the triggers and characteristics associated with rage, from the perspective of both perpetrator and victim. He argues that there are evolutionary factors behind the physiological manifestations of rage – conflicts between our animal instincts and our need to function as a human, in a group. Using the analogy of a volcano to capture the intense energy and unpredictability of episodes of sudden rage, he puts forward several theories for the increasing prevalence of rage in modern society. His social phenomenological research suggests that the incidence of rage is significantly higher in densely populated, industrialized and computerized societies. Drawing on his own in-depth study, carried out in Switzerland, he estimates that around of a quarter of the population are prone to rage attacks – a startlingly high proportion. Itten argues that the therapeutic practitioner has a clear role to play in helping rage sufferers to devise positive strategies to manage their explosive emotions, developing routes out of rage. An open and frank appraisal of the ugly and destructive nature of sudden rage is the starting point, working with sufferers to build a deeper sense of self-esteem and self-confidence, so that they are de-sensitized and learn strategies to defuse anger and cope with situations which previously might have resulted in another explosion.

Abstract: If an organic doctrine does exist alongside a university doctrine thus forming a kind of "body reflex", they demonstrate, in this regard, the existence of two distinct modes of thought within the doctrine of administrative law, confirming by the same token the specific place that the members of the administrative jurisdictions hold within this one. Indeed, the doctrinal field was built in administrative law on the basis of a close link with the administrative judge. The education provided by members of administrative jurisdictions is a fundamental part of the doctrinal work of administrative law. They also participate in university research activity. Because the judge who creates the law is not a judge who opposes political power, but who is content to recall principles that apply to all, doctrine is rightly speaking of the " government spectrum of judges " to maintain that, in reality, judges do not govern, but that, over their power of interpretation, they may disregard the principle of the separation of powers. Nevertheless, the Moroccan administrative judicial system is the subject of several criticisms related mainly to its indifference towards the specificity and the technicality of Moroccan administrative law which requires special training and advanced experience of the judges in charge of cases belonging to administrative discipline.
