Abstract: As the process of global integration accelerates, China's increasing frequency of interactions with the outside world. Particularly the "Belt and Road" initiative has further deepened China‘s connections with the international community. China's extensive cooperation and exchanges on a global scale have led to a growing demand for English professionals. Faced with this wave of globalization, applied universities must undergo comprehensive teaching reforms. This research, guided by the Production-Oriented Approach, focuses on English-Chinese interpretation courses as its subject of study. Based on an analysis of the current status of interpretation courses at applied universities, it explores new directions for curriculum reform. This study engages in teaching reform practices within the three stages of driving, facilitating, and evaluating, recognizing the distinct advantages of applying the Production-Oriented Approach in promoting students' English-Chinese interpreting output. This educational method stimulates students' interest in learning, enhances their confidence in English-Chinese interpreting, improves their English language application skills, and enhances their competitiveness in the job market, aligning with the talent cultivation strategy of applied universities. Therefore, teachers should actively embrace the teaching principles of the Production-Oriented Approach, with the aim of nurturing students' language output capabilities in classroom instruction. They should strive to maximize practical language output activities for students, integrating the learning of language input knowledge with its practical application. This approach encourages the fusion of learning and application, guiding students to use what they learn during their studies and learn through practical usage. It enhances their interpretation practical skills and contributes to the cultivation of applied talents with both language output abilities and practical capabilities, serving the needs of society.

Abstract: The "New Northeast Writers Group" is a group of young writers in recent years, represented by Shuang Xuetao, Ban Yu, and Zheng Zhi, who have written the common painful memories of several generations in Northeast China with a "distinct realism style" and innovative novel creation techniques. These writers' works have been very popular among readers and critics in recent years.Their creations break away from the paradigm of nostalgic cultural writing in traditional regional literature, focusing on the contradiction between regional growth and people's development under the development of the times. They use a cold and realistic style to describe the dilapidated factory buildings, the people who experience spiritual collapse after experiencing great changes in life, the fatalistic "intergenerational conflicts" and suspenseful cases, and record the joys and sorrows of a group of workers in Northeast China from a micro level, records the joys and sorrows of a group of Northeast workers in an era. This article applies Lefebvre's spatial theory to explain the multiple spatial systems in the novel creation of the "New Northeast Writers" and summarizes the three literary spaces involved in the creation of this literary group, namely "physical space represented by factories and workers' spatial practices", "representative daily living spaces such as Workers' Village and Yanfen Street", and "symbolic spiritual spaces such as plains and swimming pools".

Abstract: The German “Dual system” vocational education model once played a key role in the vigorous economic growth of Germany after World War II. As time goes on, with the development of the economy and changes of society, the “Dual system” vocational education model is greatly challenged. Similarly, the implementation of the “original” German “Dual system” education model in China has become a thing of the past. However, the deep thought of the “Dual system” can be inherited, improved, developed, innovated, and utilized. Education in the new era has given a new connotation to the localization of the “Dual system” education thought, providing a broader space for the innovation of the “Dual system” education thought. Meanwhile, the localized “Dual system” education thought has broken away from the single level of vocational education and is revitalized in the field of basic education. By exploring and studying the local “Dual system” education thought for 25 years, we proposed the localized “Dual system” education concept of “focusing on practice in the study of theory, focusing on experience in practice”. The foundation of the localized “Dual system” education concept is practice, the key is experience, and the core is allowing students to form new thinking in experience. This paper summarizes the exploration and practice of the localized “Dual system” education thought in the field of basic education.

Abstract: On the one hand, modernity engineering has promoted the urbanization and reconstruction of space, promoting the continuous deepening of the practice of the main space; On the other hand, due to the discourse hegemony of capitalist spatial production, the scene of spatial imbalance has led to the deterioration of the ecological environment and problems with the spiritual ecology of the subject. The dialectical relationship between subject, space, and ecology has been constructed, and ecological environmental issues have become an important component of the process of social modernization. Examining the issue of the spiritual ecology of the subject, the poetic dwelling of the subject in urban space, the poetic experience of modern art aesthetics, and the cultural criticism of alternative spaces present a sense of "self redemption of modernity", reflecting on the expanding rationality of enlightenment modernity and integrating it into an important component of aesthetic modernity. Art and aesthetics can effectively intervene in the ecological construction of urban space, promoting the realization of deep ecological goals through the identification of "place feeling" and "home feeling", the communication and dialogue of spatial aesthetics, and the infiltration of the "whole life" mode of spatial experience into ecological practice, thus constructing a holistic ecological landscape that integrates aesthetics and ecology, nature and city, and spirit and material.

Abstract: Promoting the high-quality development of urban and rural integration in the new development stage is an inevitable requirement to address the imbalance and insufficiency of urban and rural development, and a key path to urban modernization and rural agricultural modernization. Collaborative governance provides a scientific perspective for the study of urban and rural integrated development. The research shows that the development of urban and rural integration follows the internal logic of power coordination, goal coordination, main body coordination and factor coordination, which is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of urban and rural integration. Although the urban-rural integration development has achieved relatively remarkable results, there are still realistic difficulties such as the core leading ability of grassroots party organizations to be continuously enhanced, the scale agglomeration effect of rural characteristic industries is not obvious, the synergy of multiple subjects has not yet formed, and the allocation of urban and rural digital factor resources is not reasonable. Based on this, the optimization path of urban-rural integration development from the perspective of collaborative governance is concluded: That is, we will continue to strengthen the core leading ability of grassroots party organizations, innovate to drive the high-quality development of rural characteristic industries, extensively gather the synergy of multiple subjects, and digitally empower the rational allocation of urban and rural factor resources.

Abstract: Public bidding is one of the important methods of competitive procurement, and the evaluation methods generally include comprehensive scoring method, lowest evaluated price method, and evaluated lowest bid price method. The commonly used method in equipment procurement is the comprehensive evaluation method, which involves three types of scores: business, technology, and price. The bidder with the highest total score will win the bid. When designing a comprehensive scoring standard, the bidding unit usually decomposes it into several items within the specified total score of this category, and then refines the quantitative criteria for each item's score. However, it often overlooks the internal connection of the three categories of scores, resulting in the winning bidder with the highest comprehensive score not necessarily meeting the core needs of the bidding party. In response to the typical problem of grading and ranking bidding units in current competitive procurement, this article intends to establish a bid evaluation model using the comprehensive weight analysis theory of rough set theory. Based on this, detailed evaluation criteria are designed, which can more scientifically and reasonably judge the scores of bidding units in the evaluation, and is conducive to improving the objectivity of the evaluation results; At the same time, through simulation case calculations, when there is more than one bidding unit with the highest final score, the comparative analysis of the evaluation result matrix is equivalent to a comprehensive analysis of many influencing factors such as price and technical score, which to some extent solves the problem of difficulty in selecting suitable winning bidders through detailed evaluation criteria.
