The Study of European Luxury Brands Use Chinese Zodiac Culture

Abstract: Chinese Zodiac culture, as a crucial part of Chinese traditional cultures, is widely adopted by European luxury brands designers under the accelerating waves of globalization. It provides a glorious rising section for the culture connotation of luxury costumes and enhances the communication between eastern-western culture. This reconciliation also benefit for diminishing the potential PR crisis, and it takes into account the aesthetic needs of consumers containing different cultural background simultaneously.This essay aimed at the current atmosphere of European luxury brands which presenting Chinese culture by coalescing Chinese Zodiac portion in their ready-made products, the patterns that how Chinese zodiac elements are applied in these luxuries would be analyzed in this study according to two authentic research methods: relative literature analysis and design comparative approaches, mainly by three different dimensions which are multiple techniques of forming a pattern, various color application methods and appropriate character choosing skills from the aspect of visual communication, based on eight well-known Western fashion luxury brands that produced products emerging Chinese Zodiac elements from 2017 to 2019. Plus, it is important to point out that the essential purpose of approaching research is to provide a valid discussion and summary about the design framework of luxury brands series that relating to Chinese Zodiac elements.

Abstract: In the dynamic environment the role of middle managers is becoming increasingly important in strategic management. From the perspective of middle managers, Using the method of theoretical deduction, this thesis analyses the influence of interaction between top management team and middle managers on the formation of strategic consensus and the moderation effect of manager role on integrating the theories of top management team and middle managers. This study concludes that the more sufficient information exchange between top management team and middle managers, and the greater the cross-influence between top management team and middle managers, the higher the strategic consensus. And the participatory leadership of top management team and the active participation of middle managers play a positive moderating role in the relationship between managers' interaction and strategic consensus.

Abstract: Molecular biology is the frontier of life science and an important basic theoretical course. It is abstract and complex, and develops rapidly. In order to improve the teaching quality of molecular biology, the project team reformed the traditional single teaching mode, integrated and applied four teaching modes ie. LBL, PBL, CBL and RBL in the teaching of molecular biology, gave full play to the advantages of various teaching modes, and constructed a teacher-led-student-oriented teaching system. In this paper, its implementation process is introduced in detail to provide reference for the teaching of other biology courses.

Abstract: Linguistic theory comes from linguistic practice, which is the only source to enrich linguistic theory. Vice versa, language practice cannot be separated from the guidance of linguistic theory. Once leaving linguistic theory, its language practice will lose more than it gains and even cause serious losses, which is fully proved by language teaching practice. In recent years, Chinese teaching has abandoned the guidance of linguistic theories, resulting in unsatisfactory teaching results and certain irreparable losses. It is based on this point that, when reviewing the current situation of Chinese teaching, the author puts forward that the linguistic theory should not only be used to guide the practice of Chinese teaching, but also be used to solve the problems related to Chinese language teaching. On the premise of improving students' thinking ability and intelligence level, efforts should be made to improve their language ability.

Abstract: This paper analyses the current situation and problems of university education at the present stage, and puts forward that in practical courses, we should make full use of the achievements of teachers’ research practice and the training mechanism of university and enterprise cooperation, integrate PBL teaching mode with traditional practice process, design project topics by a team of teachers with practical experience and practical background, and organize students to follow. Teachers can inspire and promote students' learning process in the course, and formulate reasonable evaluation methods. Introducing PBL teaching mode into practice course can improve students' innovative ability.
