Abstract: Taoists are pleasure to drinking tea while practicing alchemy. Taoism had a very high cultural status in Tang Dynasty. The use and importance of tea by Taoist priests inevitably make broader impacts in the whole society. In fact, Taoism had a wide and profound influence on the tea-chanting poetry in Tang Dynasty. This paper takes Lu Yu, Jiaoran, Lu Tong and others as examples to illustrate, and give consideration to the general aspects. The reason for this is that, firstly, the highest rulers of the Tang Dynasty unprecedentedly placed Taoism at the top of Confucianism, and Buddhism, which had a wide and far-reaching impact in the field of culture. Literatis are eager to understand Taoism and believe in Taoism has become a fashion. This must be reflected in tea culture. Secondly, literatis regard drinking tea as an activity to regulate mood and highlight oneself, and gradually enhance tea cultural, so "tasting" tea has become an art, that is, tea ceremony.

Abstract: The acceleration of urbanization, industrialization and marketization are fundamentally changing the traditional rural society as well as the social structure and ideology of China, prompting the rural population to constantly flow and migrate to cities. At the meantime, the traditional concept of rural area is also increasingly updated and even subverted, seriously affecting the effect of villagers' self-governance. Therefore, started from the level of subject, the research explores the economic dilemma and the dilemma of democratic rights of villagers’ self-govemance under the background of population hollowisation from the angle of subject construction, and analyzes the practical dilemma of villagers’ self-govemance from three aspects including autonomous subject, the foundation of autonomous economy, and democratic management and democratic supervision. With the methods of documental analysis, questionnaire, field research in D, S, X village of J county in Zhejiang China, and with the theory of Deliberative Democracy and the HCM-Human Capital being taken as theoretical basis, the research finds that villagers’ self-governance is confronted with predicaments of the absence of autonomous subjects, the weak foundation of the autonomous economy, the formalization of democratic management and democratic supervision. In response to the above predicaments, this paper holds that these problems can be addressed effectively through the following four countermeasures. Firstly, rural economy should be developed greatly and rapidly so that the villagers who flowed to cities can be encouraged to return to rural areas. Secondly, a new type of autonomous subject should be fostered with the purpose of improving the effectiveness of villagers’ self-governance. Thirdly, the rural public services have to be improved to a high level so that the gap between urban and rural public services can be narrowed. Finally, the content realization of autonomous governance should be optimized for the long-term significance of villagers’ self-governance.

Abstract: As the human resource training base of the society and the national talent development center, the outbreak of the new coronavirus has brought great challenges to university management. In the face of this public health emergency, how to formulate correct emergency decision-making goals, implement scientific management behaviors, and maintain good university order reflects the comprehensive level of university management. Based on the "policy-organization-network" research framework, based on the two dimensions of "university-society" and analyzing the three main subjects of "student-staff-alumni", it can systematically sort out the relevant work of M School during the epidemic Analyze the successful experience and effective methods, and explore ways to improve the crisis management ability of colleges and universities. The study found that in the face of sudden public health incidents, policy is the direction guide for the development of universities, organization is the implementation basis of management behavior, and the network is the physical guarantee of subject contact. In addition, although scientific and effective temporary decision-making is the "quick prescription" for emergency management in universities, the organizational platform and management framework built in the long-term management process are the key to ensuring good order.

Abstract: To explore the effects of hand motion imagery on brain plasticity for use in guiding disabled people to use robotic arms, this paper designed a comparison experiment between the disabled and normal people, and collected the EEG data of 4 subjects (2 disabled men who lost their right hands and 2 normal men) for five weeks of training. What’s more, this paper compared and analyzed the collected EEG rhythm through the brain topographic map. The results showed that after training, the disabled people could produce ERD in both the μ and β frequency bands, and the longer the training time, the more obvious the ERD phenomenon was. This paper also uses the common space pattern algorithm and support vector machine to extract and classify the features of EEG signals. The results show that the classification accuracy of the disabled can reach more than 85%, and that of the normal can reach more than 90%. Based on the results of brain topographical map and classification, this paper concludes that motor imagination training can have a positive effect on the brain of people with impaired motor area, which provides a neurophysiological basis for the extensive application of motor imagination training in the field of rehabilitation.
