Abstract: Based on innovative design education of agroforestry equipment, the 3D design, innovative design and modeling parts of agroforestry equipment run through entire teaching in this paper. By CNC machining centers and 3D printer as a platform, and fused the Maker education in whole education process. Thus the students not only have a virtual innovative design, but also can get real experience of manufacturing process and the products. Building the course teaching model based on Maker education. The innovative design capabilities is foundation of Maker education. Based on business demand for the rapidly capabilities of agroforestry equipment R&D and the law of creative education, the teaching process was broken down to three interconnected modules. The process teaching of theory, practice and agroforestry equipment innovation was designed integration. And the "theory - practice - innovation" teaching mode was also implemented. The task-driven project teaching has taken to implement each project. According to the requirements of Maker education, building a 3D printing service support system of education to enrich agroforestry equipment learning. It can provide practical reference for mechanical engineering education.

Abstract: Environmental issues are transboundary in nature and carry the traits of public affairs. Enforcement and consolidation of environmental protection rely on collaborative efforts from different sectors in order to exercise a synergistic effect. In Taiwan, the Tainan Environment Alliance started in 2007 and is a cross-sector collaborative model consisting of the environmental protection authority, the prosecutors’ office, the police department, and environmental protection groups that looks up to itself as an effective and successful environmental reporting entity that helps eradicate and prevent crimes against the environment. Methodologically, document analysis and participant observation are adopted in this study in order to get first-hand information and valuable publications on the cross-sector promotion of environmental policies in this particular case. The case study, on the other hand, is done by means of in-depth interviews and phone interviews with members of the Taiwan Environment Alliance, including the environmental protection authority, the prosecutors’ office, the police department, and the private sector, over the long term through purposive sampling taking on the qualitative research approach. Results of the study show that besides the collaborative relationship between government agencies and non-governmental organizations, to effectively address environmental protection issues, it also relies on a “dynamic” partnership network and the key lies in how to consolidate environmental issues at the individual cognitive level and to accordingly form a collective force.

Abstract: Most studies on creativity concentrate on its positive sides, and explore various ways to improve creativity. However, when we view creativity as an outcome or product, and evaluate creativity in terms of its appropriateness, we can not ignore the moral aspect. From the evil genius in the western culture, and taking advantage of loopholes or playing tricks in the eastern culture, we can find many dark sides of creativity. The intension of research on the dark sides of creativity is not suppressing creativity, but helping us to understand creativity more completely, and preventing harm to individuals or society arising from innovative activities. This paper reviews the concept, psychological mechanisms, and the current research domains of the dark sides of creativity. Finally, the author discuss several future research directions.

Abstract: At present, the financing difficulty of new agricultural management entities is increasingly outstanding, while bank financing acts as an important method to solve this problem. According to commercial bank services, this paper carried out an empirical analysis of influencing factors of new agricultural management entities' financing, based on Logistic model. The analysis results show that several factors have effects on the new agricultural management entities’ satisfaction of agricultural loan. The factors include the type of new agricultural management entities, the degree of familiarity towards financing services, the requirements of mortgage and guarantee, the diversity of financing products, the convenience of application, the loan limit, and the political and financial supports of government. As a conclusion, promoting urban credit system construction with two-right mortgage, agricultural loaning service networking and research of pertinent agricultural loaning products will help solve this financing difficulty.

Abstract: This paper mainly uses the data of urbanization rate in urban area obtained 1990-2014 and the sequential data of per capita GDP of Linfen City in Shanxi Province. And the result shows that there exists a long-term equilibrium stage between the urbanization level and economic growth through the way of unit root test and Johansen cointegration test. And then Granger causality test has been conducted on this basis and it shows that the urbanization development greatly affects on the economic growth while the effect is not obvious in return. This conclusion maybe due to the unreasonable industrial structure in Linfen city, thus it is necessary for Linfen to optimize the industrial structure further and accelerate the development of tertiary industry.
