Abstract: Hancheng, located in the eastern part of Shanxi province, is an ancient city that has lasted for thousands of years and is one of the cradles of Chinese civilization. Hancheng, known as the "pearl of the Yellow River", has the geographical location of the "east gate" hub in shaanxi, which determines that its economic development has distinct regional advantages, but also highlights its strategic position. Hancheng dialect belongs to Fenhe area of Haizhou small area of central plains mandarin, which has certain commonality with central plains mandarin, but more is that it has unique personality. Different from the official dialect of central plains, the initials of Hancheng dialect have the full voiced fricative [v], and the zhuang group reads [ʦ], [ʦʰ], [s], instead of [tʂ], [tʂʰ], [ʂ]; Finals change regularly, but there are many special cases. For example, [ᴇ] only matches the initials of [tʂ] group and forms a complementary state with [iᴇ] group ; Although there is light tone, the tone value of 1 is low and short. It is based on this that it is necessary to carry out the fieldwork of hancheng dialect. In the process of investigation and arrangement, it not only records its primary phonological corpus, systematically and objectively describes and analyzes its phonology and characteristics, but also reveals its phonological coordination rules. There is no doubt that it is meaningful to understand the basic features of Hancheng dialect and to study its folk culture.

Abstract: Xinjian District locates in the north of central Jiangxi Province, which belongs to Nanchang Dialect, and it is the representative point of Gan Dialect. Due to it’s geographical location and population migration, Nanchang Dialect retains the phonetic features of ancient Chinese relatively completely. However, influenced by the popularization of Mandarin in recent decades, it is more difficult to find the authentic Nanchang Dialect. What’s more, some variations in the dialect have arisen. Although the Shigang town(Shangping) Dialect discussed here belongs to the Chang-du group of Gan Dialect and has the common characteristics of the Changdu group, it also has it’s own distinctive features. For example, all voiced initial consonants are pronounced as aspirated stop or affricates, regardless of the level and oblique level; the Secondary voiced consonants [n], [l] are not in accordance with the Mandarin, with plum rhyme missed, and with the high and level tone (the first tone of the four Chinese tones) varied.

Abstract: To study the establishment of the sharing economy system in China more effectively and accurately, this paper systematically sorted out the development of sharing economy in many areas such as knowledge and skills, transportation, housing, and Internet crowdfunding, and summarized the progress of China's sharing economy policy. On this basis, the development direction of this field was emphasized. This paper pointed out: 1) The development of sharing economy in various fields has the commonalities and also has its individuality in specific fields. 2) Due to the lag of the existing government policy, it cannot play a good role in monitoring and restricting the sharing economy mode in the future. For sharing economy to become regulated, orderly, sustainable and healthy, relevant government departments need to formulate targeted sharing economy policies based on the development status and future trends of various types of sharing economy modes in various regions. 3) During the development process of China's sharing economy, there are problems such as lack of social integrity, incomplete legal coverage, and personal information security, which has hindered the implementation of government policies. To solve these problems, laws and regulations with local characteristics in accordance with the specific conditions of each region should be introduced. At the same time, individuals, social groups, and sharing platforms must abide by relevant laws and regulations to help sharing economy together. This paper thereby lays a foundation for the development of sharing economy in China.
