The Effect of Proactive Personality on the Thriving at Work Among New Military Civilian: The Mediating Effect of Perceived Organizational Support

Abstract: To explore the influence factor and the internal mechanism of the thriving at work among new military civilian, a total of 513 military civilian were investigated by the proactive personality scale, the perceived organizational support scale and the thriving at work scale. The results of correlation analysis shows that, the proactive personality was significantly positively correlated with the thriving at work (r=0.40, p<0.01) and the organizational support (r=0.33, p<0.01); the results also shows that the correlation between the perceived organizational support and the thriving at work was significant (r=0.52, p<0.01). In order to examine the effect of the proactive personality on the thriving at work and the effect of the organizational support among military civilian, the results of structural equation model shows that, the proactive personality had a significant positive effect on the thriving at work (β=0.60, p<0.001), and the perceived organizational support played a partly mediation effect between the proactive personality and the thriving at work, and the mediation size was 0.172. This research reveals the influence factors of the thriving at work and the internal mechanism, and it also has some enlightening significance for the education, motivation and management of Military civilian, and it could draw the following conclusions, in order to enhance the thriving at work of military civilian, we can recruit or cultivate the proactive personality and provide necessary organizational support.

Abstract: In recent years, knowledge workers have become the core of organizational competitiveness in the era of knowledge economy, and also the management of knowledge workers has become the hot spot and focus of human resource management departments. In order to explore the influence factors of work Engagement and the internal mechanism among knowledge workers, 500 knowledge workers were investigated by leadership-member exchange scale, psychological security scale and work Engagement scale respectively, and 448 valid questionnaire was collected. The correlation analysis results showed that the LMX was significantly positively correlated with psychological security (r=0.61, p<0.01) and work engagement (r=0.57, p<0.01), also the correlation between psychological security and work engagement was significant (r=0.45, p<0.01). Hierarchical regression analysis results showed that the LMX had a significant positive effect on the Work Engagement of knowledge Workers (=0.56, p<0.001), and the psychological security played a partly mediation effect role between the LMX and Work Engagement, and its size was 0.11. That is to say, the relationship between leaders and subordinates could not only affect the work engagement directly, but also could improve the work engagement through the psychological security of knowledge workers. The conclusion has also given some advice to the management and motivation of knowledge workers. To improve the work engagement of knowledge workers, we can start from building a good relationship between superiors and subordinates, improving the quality of communication between superiors and subordinates, and improving the psychological security of knowledge workers.

Abstract: Dual network embedding is an emerging way for small and medium-sized enterprises to break the resource dilemma. It is of great significance for small and medium-sized enterprises to explore the innovation capability improvement based on dual network embedding. In addition, knowledge inertia and dual innovation based on dual theory have become important research objects in the academic circle to improve innovation ability. Abstract: In the absence of effective drugs to control the COVID-19 epidemic, the main intervention of human factors, namely strict isolation, may be the best prevention and control method at present. Abstract: The first document of the central government in 2021 proposed to strengthen the supervision of agricultural product quality and food safety, and vigorously develop green food and organic food. Green agriculture is the core of the future development of modern agriculture, which is closely related to food safety, environmental protection and sustainable use of resources, and is the basis for realizing agricultural and rural modernization. In this paper, three objective weighting methods (entropy method, principal component analysis method, factor analysis method) were used to assign the weight of China's green agriculture development level index in 2018, and then combined with the combination evaluation method to calculate the comprehensive score and ranking. On this basis, the 31 provinces and cities in China were divided into four types by cluster analysis: high level of green agriculture development, high level of green agriculture development, medium level of green agriculture development and low level of green agriculture development. According to the study, Heilongjiang, Shandong, Jiangsu, Henan and Anhui were the regions with higher green agriculture development in 2018. On the other hand, the five least developed provinces and cities are Beijing, Ningxia, Hainan, Tianjin and Tibet. The overall situation of green agriculture development in China is unbalanced among regions. Therefore, according to the agricultural economic basis of each province or city, some suggestions are put forward in the hope of improving the agricultural production environment, improving the quality of green agricultural products, realizing the balanced development of green agriculture among regions and speeding up the process of agricultural and rural modernization.

Abstract: According to the needs of computer professional training, in the teaching of image processing course, the traditional teaching methods can not adapt to the pace of the current teaching reform. In the research, combined with the characteristics of digital image processing course, this paper explores a new idea of how to integrate the vision, thinking and teaching knowledge of the educated, which is in line with the law of human understanding and expression of knowledge. This paper also discusses the methods, strategies and mechanisms of case teaching construction, unifies the integration goal of visual teaching and learning with the construction of teaching materials, case construction and visual teaching process, integrates the ideas and concepts of modern teaching into the visual teaching of image processing, and explores new means of personnel training, specifically, the paper studies the visual teaching method of digital image processing course, and puts forward the development strategy of software engineering for the construction of visual teaching.
