Abstract: In 2020, the COVID-19 epidemic which has strong infectivity and social harmfulness quietly came, which belongs to the major public health emergency. In the prevention and control of the epidemic, the governments should not only work hard to safeguard the lives, health and safety of the broad masses of people, but also prevent that further spread of the epidemic happens. Be faced with the COVID-19 epidemic, for our country and the Communist Party of China, it is a test of the progress of the national governance system and its governance capacity. In order to deal with the COVID-19 epidemic, at first time all kinds of temporary party organizations have been set up in various places to coordinate the parties, make efficient overall planning, respond to local conditions and do specific problem collective analysis. Why can temporary party organizations widely exist in the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control, and how does their mechanism of actions play a role in the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control. This paper will take the temporary party organization in Hubei Province as an example to explore the role of it in the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic from the four aspects of overall planning, coordination of all parties, battle forts, and publicity and guidance.

Abstract: The modern information technology, represented by real estate file information model (BIM), cloud platform and big data, has developed rapidly in the development and management of urban real estate, and the basic framework of intelligent city (CIM) based on big data and information model has been gradually formed. There are many problems in urban real estate archives management in China, such as insufficient information, low visualization and intelligence, which can not meet the needs of various professional applications, including real estate evaluation and transaction, real estate maintenance and management, and the future needs of intelligent cities for urban real estate information sharing and intelligent management. By using BIM cloud technology, this study can solve the problem of 3D visualization and management information of real estate archives in the receiving and keeping of real estate archives. It plays an active role in realizing the intelligence of real estate archives and the construction of intelligent city in the future.

Abstract: Education is an important means to help the poor to improve their quality and ability. With the further progress of targeted poverty alleviation, it can effectively change the phenomenon of "spiritual poverty" of some people and consolidate the basic effect of the country's targeted poverty alleviation strategy. How to better promote and link up the education and intellectual support work in the ethnic poor areas of Yunnan Province, to achieve education balance, and to get rid of poverty and become rich, is an important issue for governments and counterparts in many regions of Yunnan to think about. The author takes the "Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan" issued by the Ministry of Education as the guide, and takes the Yunnan Open University's network cloud classroom construction and application in Wuding County, Yunnan Province as a practical case. Making an in-depth analysis of the important enlightenment from the new thinking of national educational informatization on strengthening the construction of ethnic education and facilitating targeted poverty alleviation in our province, so as to provide references for the accurate implementation of such work in the future.

How to solve the problem of “suspended class, ongoing learning” is in front of the teaching staff.Meanwhile, with the investment and construction in the field of education in China, informatization has been widely applied and can be used as a variety of online teaching tools.According to the actual needs of online teaching of "Introduction to UAV System" course, combined with the characteristics of this course, this paper first constructed the teaching platform of "DingTalk + WeChat + E-mail". At the same time, focusing on the teaching process of "online lesson preparation + online teaching + online homework + online test", the specific characteristics and detailed practices of pre-class preparation, classroom organization, after-class consolidation and unit test are expounded in depth.In the teaching organization, I organized online teaching meetings for many times, listened to students' opinions and Suggestions, and organized online examinations for students after the end of the chapter, and analyzed the test results. Finally, the author points out the problems in online teaching, such as insufficient accumulation, inadequate response and inadequate supervision, and puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions.

Abstract: Chinese Phonology is a traditional and basic subject, which plays an important role in the study of characters, exegesis, ancient books. Chinese Phonology is also a compulsory basic course for postgraduates majoring in linguistics and philology. In the formation and development of this discipline, it contains both the essence of science and miscellaneous dross. Due to the particularity of the subject contents, the limitations of people's knowledge, and the inefficiency of teaching and learning methods, people are discouraged and few are willing to learn. Faced with this situation, if we want to carry on the phonological teaching and learning, teachers and students must study all kinds of effective methods. One of the most practical and effective methods is that taking the pronunciation of Mandarin as reference and taking the pronunciation of Dialect as evidence. Our specific approach is based on the content of phonology, guided by the theory of Mandarin, oriented by problems, and supplemented by the cases of Dialect, and the relationship and corresponding laws among them will be explained. Demonstrating the past with today's idea, mutual confirmation between ancient and present, this not only makes obscure and complex content easy to understand, but also achieves a commendable effect. Therefore, as long as the teachers and students adhere to acquire new knowledge while thinking over the old，and get rid of deficiency by practicability, it will be possible to restore the true features of this discipline.

Abstract: There are 25 ethnic minority areas in Yunnan Province, most of which are in remote or mountainous areas, with the influence of lagging economic development and geographical factors. the problem of preschool education in these ethnic minority areas is more prominent. As the beginning of lifelong learning, preschool education occupies an important position in the national education system. In recent years, many policies have been introduced in China, which have been effective in promoting preschool education. But it has been found that factors such as the lag in economic development level, backward parents' attitudes, overall insufficient and uneven allocation of pre-school education funds, "bilingual" teaching obstacles, and lack of teacher theory are the main bottleneck obstacles to the development of pre-school education in ethnic minority areas in Yunnan Province. This article tries to expound the bottleneck of the development of preschool education in Yunnan ethnic minority areas and make an in-depth analysis of it, according to the local conditions, it proposes feasible solutions such as setting up preschool education institutions in various forms, broadening the channels of capital investment, helping parents establish correct educational concepts, promoting the quality of bilingual teaching, strengthening the construction of teachers, promoting curriculum and teaching reform, and developing preschool education courses with national characteristics.in order to promote the balanced development of pre-school education in Yunnan ethnic areas.
