Abstract: The Confucian society advocate "filial", and some rules and precepts of Buddhism Confucianism between draw further apart, so the contradictions and conflicts, so in this situation, how to re interpret the connotation of filial piety culture, adapt to the different periods of Buddhism two teach, has become an important issue in ancient China the ethics of society. As Confucianism teaches communication under the two product of the Northern Song Dynasty, “Xiaolun” is one of the two teaching media through communication and dialogue, Qisong’s filial piety, explore the traditional culture of filial piety in Confucianism interaction, how to promote Confucianism and Buddhism complete absorption and transformation each other in interactive communication, and pointed out that Buddhism The extension of Confucianism is the essence of the Buddhist filial piety.

Abstract: Needs analysis plays an essential role in designing courses and provides the basis for choosing teaching objectives, teaching content, textbooks, teaching methods and evaluating teaching effects. The study is based on a questionnaire survey among 775 non-English undergraduate majors who have passed CET4 or CET6 test with the help of needs analysis and module teaching theories. It obtains information about students' needs for follow-up college English courses in the aspects of their purposes of learning English, the teaching content and modes of follow-up courses and the like. On the basis of the analysis of the survey, the study summarizes the current problems existing in the follow-up module teaching, and then puts forward a tentative framework for needs collection and response，teaching material resources, teaching time, examinations and evaluation, and extracurricular activities of College English follow-up module teaching courses, in order to provide some useful reference for college English reform nationwide.

Abstract: Question-and-aswer (Q&A) is the important content of classroom evaluation. In order to meet the needs of large-scale class evaluation, this work uses voice analysis technology to implement exploratory research on automatic Q&A analyse, mainly on speaker recognition based on MFCC Gaussian mixture model and closed/open question identification based on the logistic regression method. The Q&A auto-analysis system developed in this work can perform automatic analyses for several classroom evaluation indexes including Q&A times, speaking durations of the teacher and his students, and the number of open questions and closed questions. For the real classroom teaching video down-loaded from “CCTV network Chinese public class”, both the speaker recognition and closed/open questions identification of this work have obtained satisfied recognition accuracy with recognition rates above 93%.

Abstract: The scale of China's circulation industry is expanding, and the efficiency of commodity circulation has become the most important factor in the development of national competitiveness. While the development efficiency of the circulation industry in different regions is quite different. Abstract: This study is based on the SBM (Slacks-based Measure) model constructed a considered undesirable outputs SBM super efficiency model to analyze the performance of China chemical enterprise. In order to understand the overall efficiency of chemical enterprise, The paper evaluation of the 49 chemical companies in 2011~2015 performance. At the same time, uses DEA-Malmquist index method on the efficiency of 49 chemical companies in 2011~2015 for dynamic analysis. The results show that: based on the analysis of technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of chemical enterprises in china, China's chemical industry is in the stage of technological innovation, and the average growth rate of technical efficiency change, technical progress change, pure technical efficiency change, scale efficiency change and total factor productivity of chemical enterprises tends to be stable, reasonable configuration structure can promote the solid development of the chemical industry.
