Abstract: This study empirically investigates the conversion of asymptomatic infections to confirmed cases in mainland China during the COVID-19 pandemic using time series data. The study finds that asymptomatic infections from overseas and those released from medical observation on the same day do not have a significant impact on the conversion to confirmed cases on the same day. However, local asymptomatic infections and those still under medical observation have a significant impact on the conversion to confirmed cases on the same day. Specifically, on average, approximately 142 out of every 10,000 local asymptomatic infections will convert to confirmed cases, while approximately 17 out of every 10,000 asymptomatic infections still under medical observation will convert to confirmed cases. Additionally, the impact of asymptomatic infections from overseas on the conversion to confirmed cases is lagged, with a lag of up to 23 days. These findings are important for understanding the process of asymptomatic infections converting to confirmed cases and controlling the spread of the virus.

Abstract: As the green development concept of “Clear waters and green mountains are as valuable as mountains of gold and silver” prevails, the promotion of ecological civilization construction and achievement of sustainable development have been incorporated into the overall layout of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics. Environmental Monitoring is a core among the courses of environmental engineering, and it is a powerful grip to promote the construction of ecological civilization. As the major position of vocational education, the higher vocational colleges carry the mission of training highly skilled and application-oriented professionals who are needed at the first line of production, construction, service and management. Hence, carrying out the construction of gold course at higher vocational colleges is of great significance to improve their teaching quality. In this paper, the characteristics of the gold course, namely two characters and one degree was deeply considered. Additionally, the innovation of teaching mode on environmental monitoring upon course orientation, teaching objectives and the way of teaching was preliminary explored. We hope this investigation can provide some reference for educational reform on professional courses of environmental engineering professional in higher vocational colleges.

Abstract: The cultural heritage of the Grand Canal spans the past and the present in time. After more than 2500 years of ups and downs, it carries the long-standing civilization and history of the Chinese nation. Running through the north and south in space, with a total length of more than 3,200 kilometers. With the evolution of history, The phenomenon of large-scale fragmentation and static protection of the Grand Canal has gradually emerged, leading to uneven development in the regions along its route. By studying the theory of synchronicity and diachronic in linguistics, this article explores the temporal and spatial relationship of the cultural heritage of the Canal, and applies this analysis method to the digital protection and dissemination of the Grand Canal. Taking the Jiangnan Canal as an example, it constructs a system and coherence. A dynamic digital interactive platform for the cultural heritage of the Grand Canal. From the diachronic dimension, explore the relationship and context of different time slices of the Jiangnan Canal Cultural Belt and the historical towns along it, and explore the spatial texture presented under the same time slice from the synchronic dimension. Deeply excavate the rich historical and cultural resources carried by the Grand Canal, explore the space-time relationship between the Grand Canal Cultural Belt and its historical towns along the route, integrate fragmented canal resources, which provide a new perspective for the protection and dissemination of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt.

Abstract: The protection of minors based on child sexual assault prevention and crisis intervention is a worldwide problem for the international community, which deserves research and attention. First of all, on the basis of reviewing the existing literature, it expounds the necessity of strengthening interdisciplinary research and theoretical interpretation of relevant issues. Secondly, the feasibility of strengthening interdisciplinary research on related issues is discussed from the perspective of research ideas, content and methods. Finally, the basic conclusion of "Strengthening the research on the protection of minors based on the prevention of child sexual assault and crisis intervention should adhere to practical innovation" is reached, and the key point of "breaking through the key points and resolving difficulties, which is the key to ensure the smooth development and gradual deepening of the research work" "The viewpoint should be clear and have The important prerequisite for the results of the research work, "the research perspective should be new, which is an important guarantee to ensure that the research work can be unique", "the suggestions should be specific, and the measures should be effective, which is the top priority to ensure that the research work achieves the expected goals" and so on.
