Abstract: European engineering colleges and universities account for a large proportion. The characteristics of engineering education Accreditation are reflected in the combination of professional Accreditation and curriculum design. The unification of Accreditation standards and the two-wheel drive of classification evaluation, the effective connection of professional Accreditation and engineer qualifications, and the importance of practicality in curriculum design And applicability, pay attention to the important role of employers in the process of student academic Accreditation and evaluation. China’s engineering education and other applied professional Accreditation and evaluations should learn from the above-mentioned characteristics of European engineering Accreditation. In the past ten years, China’s applied professional evaluation reforms in science and engineering, have gradually been in line with developed countries. Practice base construction, Embedded joint training and other methods in cooperation with employers have made great progress in universities across the country, but in terms of professional Accreditation and engineer qualifications, engineering and technical personnel serving as frontline teachers, and emphasis on the role of employers in the process of student academic Accreditation and evaluation More needs to be done.

Abstract: With the rapid development of tourism industry and the great victory in the battle against poverty, a series of policies were issue to promote the development of tourism industry. College students are increasingly becoming a huge consumer group in the domestic tourism market, and impoverished female students in colleges and universities are an important part of them. The tourism demand of impoverished female colleges Students is gradually becoming a major hot spot for tourism research. To promote the development of the tourism industry and supplement the theoretical system of female tourism, the paper takes female college students of China Women's University as the research object and analyzes the tourism demand of impoverished female college students based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and tourism demand hierarchy theory by questionnaire method. The results show that impoverished female college students have a strong willingness to travel but are psychologically burdened. They tend to prefer the best season and a high level of comprehensive services in terms of tourism destinations. Travel experience, tourism resources, tourism prices, and the proportion of tourism consumption to income are the main factors affecting their travel. The level of grade affects the focus of travel. The senior pays attention to the advertising of the destination and the satisfaction of travel. The junior pays attention to the level of tourist attractions and the length of stay of tourists. Finally, relevant suggestions are proposed to tourism destinations and tourism-related departments, for ensuring the exercise of the right of impoverished female college students in universities to travel and the flourishing of tourism.

Abstract: Influenced by the theory of sustainable development, scholars and enterprise managers began to reflect on the growth strategy of enterprises. Bionic management as a cross-disciplinary discipline provides a new research idea for social organization management. Enterprise Management Bionics emphasizes to improve enterprise’s own survival ability through this way. Based on a systematic review of the relevant literature, this paper briefly introduces the research results on the generation and concept of biomimetic management, and systematically and logically expounds the research methods and corresponding research fields of biomimetic management, in each field, the introduction of relevant theoretical research results to explain. In terms of research methods, it is mainly divided into phenotypic research and mechanism research, but with the development and innovation of theory and research, the main research method adopted in bionic management is mechanism bionics, by studying the inner operating mechanism and law of organism, the valuable part is used for reference to expand the research thought of Management Science. Through combing the literature, it is found that the research fields and research methods of biomimetic management can effectively correspond. The main contents of bionics include individual bionics, population bionics, community bionics and system bionics. PHENOTYPIC bionics is represented by the early life cycle theory. According to the insufficiency of the existing research, the future related research was prospected.

Abstract: Blended learning is generally regarded as an effective learning approach. In the field of teacher education, the influence of blended learning is growing, and more and more teacher training adopt the form of blended learning. This paper analyzes the research themes and trends of teacher blended learning by analyzing the relevant journal papers of teacher blended learning in China in the past twenty years. The results show that Chinese teacher blended learning practices are mainly in the field of teacher training in primary and secondary schools, and focus on the training of knowledge and skills related to information technology and educational technology. Since blended learning for teachers in China is still in the stage of exploration and application, the research theme focuses on the modes, designs and strategies of blended learning for teachers. The research on the effect of teacher blended learning is not deep enough, and the empirical research and theoretical research is relatively lacking. Therefore, it is necessary to expand the research scope, draw lessons from foreign research and practical experience, conduct in-depth research on the effects and influencing factors of Chinese teacher blended learning. Then construct an effective localized framework of teacher blended learning, so as use information and communication technology (ICT) to provide theoretical basis and action guide for the development of Chinese teachers' professional development programs.

Abstract: With the rapid development of the Internet and information technology, the traditional three-centered teaching model (focusing on textbook, teacher and classroom ) can no long meets the learning and development needs of today’s college students, the so-called “digital natives” born in the 21th century, thus calling for the urgent reform and innovation in tertiary education. The belief of student-centeredness, built on a large body of scientific research, has quickly gained recognition by both colleges and societies around the world. Guided by the “three-new-centers” belief (focusing on students’ development, students’ learning and learning outcomes ), this paper presents a blended-learning framework based on online platform learning and offline classroom teaching which is aimed at solving student’s difficulties. This paper also describes a one-term teaching practice of College English Reading in two undergraduate non-English-major classes of strikingly different English proficiency. The end-of-term evaluation from teachers’ reflection and students’ questionnaire reveals very positive feedback on the new way of teaching and learning and a high level of student engagement, devotion to learning and class satisfaction. This paper also provides suggestions on further improvement of this model in terms of specific course design and teacher development.

Abstract: The professional elective courses for undergraduates are designed to broaden college students’ knowledge and cultivate their innovative thinking. However, there are still some problems in current curriculum system, such as unreasonable teaching content, single teaching method and insufficient attention of students. Focusing on these problems, taking the elective course ‘Aero-Plasma Technology’ as an example, the practice and thinking based on daily teaching have been summed up, which is believed helpful on widening learning topics, restructuring teaching mode, refreshing teaching approaches, enriching the course resources and perfecting the course assessment methods. In the selection of learning topics, we pay attention to the systematicness and frontier of the content. By introducing the latest scientific research achievements of Key Laboratory on Plasma Technology into the classroom, the learning topics have been expanded. Carefully designing various forms of teaching approaches, comprehensively using heuristic, question chain, reply and other teaching methods, and enriching curriculum information resources, are all helpful to enhance undergraduates' interest in learning. The training practice through five years shows that this course has broadened students’ knowledge, improved their comprehensive ability and achieved remarkable results.
