Analysis of the Role and the Resistance of the Unified Registration of Real Estate (URRE) Basing on Structured Interview from 3 Provinces in China

Abstract: Although the unified registration of real estate (URRE) is very important in reform of national land institution, but implementation of URRE is very difficult. The investigation of the role and resistance of the URRE is beneficial to its implementation, which is in turn helpful to the standardization of tenure administration. For better implementing the URRE, the structured interview method and statistical analysis technique were used to investigate the registration of real estate (RRE) including the real estate registration certificate, the existing registration agency and registration time, the necessity of RRE, the role and the resistance of RRE. It is showed that only 4.1% interviewees think that it is no use to carry out the URRE, but URRE is of great importance for the anti-corruption, national information control, real estate market standardization, relevant policy implementation, clarification of property rights, elimination of disputes, unified planning management etc. The resistance is certain to be encountered in the process of putting URRE into force. The resistance of URRE is mainly from the people such as officials, the rich and conservative person, etc., which is almost accounting for 73.3% in all the interviewees.

Abstract: Some intellectuals of modern china have patriotism, feels sense of crisis on the national life and death, while recognizing the critical importance of changes of the country's socio-political structure and cultural thought. So they learn from the experience of Western bourgeois political struggle, emphasizing the social function of literature, recognized that drama is a kind of broad mass of literary style, linking the life of the nation, social improvement, national spirit, based on reality and wish go to the enlightenment and salvation, launched a traditional opera reformation movement. Traditional opera reformation movement towards two directions: one is to improve the legendary drama, the other one is to improve Peking Opera and other local opera. Abstract: Yunnan province is one of the most serious regions of HIV/AIDS epidemic in China. By October 31, 2015, total 29652 AIDS patients, 23316 deaths. Using the gray system model to predict the HIV/AIDS epidemic situation is a beneficial attempt. We can apply mathematical model in the study of this epidemic, managing to find its regularity and to predict its trend. Through the analysis of HIV/AIDS epidemic, we can lay a solid foundation for further research and work on AIDS prevention and control, and provide a reference basis for prevention strategies and countermeasures.

Abstract: The relationship between linguistics theory and the practice of basic Chinese teaching is very close. Linguistic theory provides theoretical guidance for the practice of basic Chinese teaching, and the practice of basic language teaching provides the source of language materials for the enrichment and development of linguistic theory. However, there have been serious problems on the incomplete connection between linguistics theory and the basic Chinese teaching in the teaching practice for a long time. Abstract: Industrial design was a highly integrated interdiscipline, which combined the scientific rationality and artistic emotion. Abstract: This paper makes an analysis on the secure state of the retail industry of Shanghai, China from 2002 to 2012.An indicator system of 9 indicators in 3 dimensions is built and the method of factor analysis is used to make the empirical analysis. The research indicates that the retail industry of Shanghai presented a more and more unsafe trend from 2002 to 2012, which mainly because that the fully open of China’s retail industry has accelerated the expansion of foreign retail enterprises in shanghai from 2004. Abstract: This paper makes an analysis on the basic status and changing trend of the intensive land use by China’s universities from 2005 to 2012. An assessment indicator system of the intensive land use is built, and the research samples are the 985 project universities in China. The result indicates that the degree of the intensive land use by the 985 project universities has improved slightly than before, but the overall level is still low. Abstract: In the context of globalization, mass media has played a part in the intercultural communication and the construction of national cultural identity. The research is to explore the intercultural communication of the documentary films from the perspective of “Contact Zone” theory. It compares and analyzes the features of successful documentary films issued by the BBC and Discovery and finds that the producers of these documentary films have changed their mode to simply view China as “the other” from their own cultures, but tried to negotiate and interact with the international audience by modifying the content, narration methods and the cross-border combination of experts in their teams. The research is to enlighten the making of the documentary films in China to actively construct a “Contact Zone” between Chinese culture and their target international audience in order to set up a real national image.

Abstract: From the perspective of financial constraints, this article analysize the technological innovation decision of Fujian Province empirically using 2005-2007 micro firm data of the province under the formal and informal financing channels. We analyzed the influence of export trade, financial constraints on technology innovation. More important,the interaction between them. The results show that the financial constraints restrain the export of firms,thus affect the innovation decision, but the influence is quite different according to the different financing channels. Under the banks and other formal financing channels, the lower financial constraints of export firms, the stronger of its innovation propensity. But under the informal financing channels, trade credit has no significant effect on firms' innovation decision-making, nor affect firms' innovation through export mechanism.

Abstract: As the competition of China’s retail industry intensifies, the retail enterprises should do more on self-evaluation objectively and thereby make the right strategic layout in the face of their disadvantages. This paper builds an evaluation system of 15 indicators based on the data of 30 listed retail enterprises of 2014. The principal component analysis is used to process the data, and the evaluation indicators are divided into five dimensions, namely the degree of scale, the speed of development, the capacity of profiting and operating, the solvency and the capacity of utilizing resources of the enterprises. After an objective comparison of the current situation of these enterprises, this paper has comprehensively summarized the empirical results of the sample enterprises, and made an analysis based on the comprehensive ranking, which is helpful for the government to formulate policies supporting the development of the retail industry.
