Abstract: Based on the research hotspot and the established status of the real economy financialization, this paper examines the impact of financialization on regional innovation from a macro perspective. In theory, economic financialization has an impact on regional innovation mainly through innovative “water reservoir effect” and “crowding effect”, and the overall impact depends on the net effect of the two. In view of this, based on the 2008-2016 provincial panel data, this paper analyzes the specific effects of regional financialization on technological innovation and analyzes the transmission path of effects based on the spread of financial regions. The study finds that, on the whole, financialization has a negative overall effect on regional innovation, and this conclusion is still stable after using the instrumental variable test. After considering the spatial factors, the financialization has a positive and spatial relationship between the regions, indicating that the financialization has a tendency to spread between regions; at the same time, the impact of financialization on regional technological innovation is still significantly negative. Considering the location heterogeneity, it is found that the negative effects of financialization are more significant in the central and eastern regions. After further examining the monetary policy, it is found that the relatively loose monetary policy actually strengthens the “crowding out effect” and further worsens the suppression of innovation by financialization. The research of this paper supplements the relevant research on the development and impact of China's financialization at the macro level, and provides important empirical evidence for the government's guiding funds to “deviate from reality”.

Abstract: Huineng who is the Sixth Patriarch of Chinese Ch’an, had constructed Xinxue system of Ch’an. He emphasized the central role of Xin(mind or heart), and regarded the Xin as the source and origin of the world in everyone’s Xin, and put the Xin in ontological and fundamental place of human existence. In his view, the world and all things in it are created by Xin. Huineng’s ideas of this Xinxue includes extremely important life wisdom and has great practice value in the present age, which is able to continue to provide guidance for today’s people to liberate various afflictions of life and to live the better and better life. It tells us the importance of cultivating Xin for everyone’s existence, which is to say that everyone should “find one’s true self”, which is to know his own Xin or self-nature and to enhance self-cultivation and self-practice so as to become a Buddha by himself. In other word, everyone should be responsible for his own life. In addition to it, Huineng’s ideas of Xinxue provides the ways for us to deal with life pressure and problems, specifically, to adopt a positive mentality toward the living circumstances, especially the difficult plight, setbacks and failures. We should cultivate the right within the deviant, and give up all evils and practice the mind by Ch'an concentration and meditation.

Abstract: Partnerships are effective and sustainable mechanisms that enable development NGOs effectively achieve their mandates and project interventions at community level. However many partnerships fail to achieve their envisioned outcomes due to factors that limit or hinder their success. It is often difficult to consistently manage partnership success when the partnership involves organizations with different mandates, organizational structures, values, professional capacities and limited resources. The purpose of the study was to explore factors that are perceived as key in facilitating partnership success from the perspective of local NGOs engaged in development partnerships. Experiences and understanding of NGO leaders and staff engaged in partnership work were explored through a series of interviews. The study revealed the following factors that were perceived to be key to nurturing successful partnerships; commitment, communication, shared vision and purpose, collaborative leadership and realistic funding. It is important for any agency or institution seeking to collaborate with others to identify and monitor both the’ hard’ and ‘soft’ aspects that promote partnership success.

By the investigation, this paper finds that the current situation of O2O intelligent care is as follows: this mode has a certain degree of recognition, but not high; this mode is not enough for advertisement; this mode has the best satisfaction with the elderly, but the price of O2O intelligent care is not satisfactory. For the current user, the situation is as follows: the age of user prefers for younger; the choice of O2O intelligent care has nothing to do with the annual income of the elderly family; it is less satisfied with font size and operational difficulty; the "objective" elderly is the main customer of O2O intelligent care. Based on the above analyses, this paper gives detailed suggestion for the company.
