Abstract: From the perspective of multidimensional poverty theory, this paper takes the low-income population in District J of Shanghai as the sample for analysis, and explores six dimensions of poverty, i.e., income, health, education, employment, social participation, and whether there are children in the family, and divides the population covered by subsistence allowances into three levels of poverty: high, moderate and low. We find that: (1) 71% of individuals suffer from poverty at moderate levels or above; (2) There is a clear trend of “cluster disadvantage” at high poverty levels among families with children; (3) Women, especially women without registered resident status in Shanghai, are particularly vulnerable to poverty. These “silent minorities” should be the targets of priority intervention for social assistance; (4) From a geographical perspective, areas with high poverty intensity tend to be “concentrated and connected” in space. (5) In terms of service strategies, according to the poverty intensity which can be divided into three levels of “high, moderate and low,” this article proposes four types of assistance services: “general preventive, basic living needs ensured, supportive and development-oriented, and urgent protective,” in order to maximize the use of limited welfare resources for the best benefits of the most group in need.

Abstract: The importance of studying organizational human resources knowledge structure is self-evident for organizational human resources selection and training. It is also significant for organizations to conduct knowledge management and gain competitive advantages. In this way, how do we understand the relationship among the knowledge structure owned by the organizational human resources, the functional levels and the business process situated, and the logical thinking applied? This is what this paper will further explore. This paper aims to help organizations define the demand structure and distribution characteristics of human resources’ functional knowledge, business process knowledge, environmental knowledge, logical thinking knowledge, based on the situated functional levels of human resources. Furthermore, it endeavors to provide a framework for determining the knowledge system and structure which are closely related to human resources selection and training. From the perspective of System Theory, each organization is an independent system. The work of any individual within the organization is one part of a system engineer. Naturally, system engineering methodology becomes its methodology. Based on the four-dimensional structure of system engineering methodology, this paper analyses human resources knowledge structure from the perspectives of function levels, environment, process and logic, and further constructs the organizational human resources knowledge four-dimensional structure model (HRKFDM). The knowledge of organizational human resources is closely related to business process, environmental conditions, function levels and thinking logic. The organizational HRKFDM shows that organizational human resources knowledge is made up with functional knowledge dimension, environmental knowledge dimension, process knowledge dimension, and logical knowledge dimension. In the problem-solving process with logical thinking and decision-making, human resources need to comprehensively use the functional knowledge, environmental knowledge, process knowledge and logical knowledge. In each knowledge dimension, the functional knowledge, environmental knowledge, process knowledge and logical knowledge requirements for grass-roots workers, middle-level workers, and senior workers follow trapezoidal distribution, yamagata distribution and trapezoidal distribution respectively. The organizational HRKFDM can be used as an important reference framework for promoting organizational learning, as well as an instruction for organizational learning, knowledge management, building a learning organization, and developing the core competence of an organization.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to exam the moderating effect of self-efficacy that can change and predict adolescent behavior in relation to how internet game addiction influences aggression. For this purpose, an online survey of a sample of 811 middle and high school teenagers who used smartphones was performed from August 8 to 16, 2019. The analysis of the resulting data revealed the following. First, the group at high risk of internet game addiction displayed greater aggressiveness than other groups. Second, it was empirically verified that self-efficacy is a variable controlling the relationship between adolescents' internet game addiction and aggression. Based on these results, implementing social welfare and educational intervention measures were discussed to reduce the problematic behaviors of addictive use and aggressiveness surrounding internet gaming. This study’s limitation, as well as suggestions for further studies are as follows. Since no studies on clinical game addiction diagnosis were implemented, in-depth follow-up studies are required to verify the regulation effect of self-efficacy on internet game addiction and aggression in young people who have been diagnosed with game addiction. Further, variables related to parents and home life were not assessed. Thus, in relation to young people's game addiction and aggression, future studies of parent-child interaction and the regulation effect of family leisure activities are suggested.

Abstract: According to the literature, women are actively participating in the victimization of their group because of their positive attitude towards established societal norms. This thesis is supported within the theoretical framework of system justification, which defends the thesis that individuals, both men and women, are motivated to perceive existing social arrangements as fair and legitimate. In this sense, it is admitted that women who strongly justify the gender system are less motivated to adopt collective behaviors to improve or challenge the unfavorable position in which they are living. As a result, they are likely to accept or endorse the domestic or family abuse that they are suffering. The present research falls within this perspective. It examines the causal link between gender system justification, gender differences, and attitudes toward women’ victimization. Thus, it formulates the hypothesis that gender difference does not moderate the relationship between willingness to justify the system and attitude towards women’ victimization. Participants are 126 students of both sexes enrolled in different faculties of the University of Dschang (Cameroon). Their age varies between 15 and 41 years (M. = 21.41). They completed a questionnaire measuring, respectively, the willingness to justify the gender system and the attitude towards women’ victimization. The data collected provides empirical support for the hypothesis of the study. They reveal that the relationship between gender system justification and attitudes towards women’ victimization is positive for both women and men. These results reveal the different dispositions through which men and women participate mutually in maintaining asymmetrics gender relations.
