Abstract: As a new scientific and social phenomenon, "Metaverse" is an objective existence that cannot be ignored and must be faced. The development of "Metaverse" has brought new vitality to the scientific and technological progress of the medical industry. As one of the basic components of the meta universe, virtual reality (VR) technology has played a great role in the field of Virtual reality(VR) is one of the basic components of the "Metaverse", VR technology has played a great role in the medical field, especially in the field of rehabilitation medicine. The recovery of upper limb function of patients with hemiplegia after stroke has always been the focus of attention in the field of rehabilitation and scientific research. VR technology, as a new treatment technology, is more and more widely used in stroke rehabilitation.This paper mainly summarizes the research progress of VR technology in the rehabilitation of upper limb function of stroke patients from the perspective of meta universe. It is found that the application of VR technology can improve the upper limb function of stroke patients. At the same time, it is found that VR technology combined with other technologies can effectively improve the upper limb motor function of post-stroke patients, improve their activities of daily living, and promote the patients return to society.

Abstract: Background Under the background of population aging, the prevalence of comorbidity among the elderly in China is increasing. Tobacco use is one of the most important preventable risk factors for human health. Objective To explore tobacco use and the correlation between smoking and co-morbidities among older people aged 60 years or older in China, and to provide a reference for the prevention and control of co-morbidities. Methods Using data from the China health and retirement longitudinal study (CHARLS) database in 2018, 7,189 cases of non-disabled older adults aged 60 years or older were selected as study subjects. The correlation between smoking and co-morbidity was analyzed using multivariate logistic regression. Results The prevalence of smoking among older adults aged 60 years or older in China was 28.18%, and the prevalence of co-morbidity among older adults was 62.18%. After controlling for confounding factors, having quit smoking (OR=1.77, 95%CI: 1.49-2.11) was associated with a statistically significant higher risk of co-morbidity compared to never-smokers. Conclusions The prevalence of multimorbidity and smoking is high in people over 60 years of age in China. There was a correlation between having quit smoking and the risk of multimorbidity.

Abstract: Accelerating the independent development of meteorological S&T and realizing the independent research and development of key core technologies urgently need a number of top scientific research talents. This paper first analyzes the current situation of top scientific research talents in meteorology of China, the result shows that the number of top scientific research talents in China ranks the fourth in the world but still far away from US. The advantage research areas are markedly different from those in the US and UK. China has a rich reserve of top scientific research talents in the research areas of climate variability and predictability, and atmospheric chemistry, however, lacks of top scientific research talents in the research areas of radiation transfer, aerosol-cloud-precipitation process, and model research and development. A large number of top scientific research talents remain overseas. In the end, the paper puts forward countermeasures to build a top talent team to support the independent development of meteorological S&T, for example, identifying different talent strategies for different research areas. Abstract: Areca palm (Areca catechu L.) is one of the major palm species which are commercially grown in Hainan Province, China. Bacterial leaf stripe and bacterial leaf spot are two of the main factors restricting the sustainable development of the industry. Though they may burst in certain regions after violent typhoons strike Hainan Island, no reports regarding the occurrence and distribution of the two disease were published in recent 10 years. Meanwhile, the prevalent bacterial disease is also unknown currently. Bacterial diseases were surveyed in in east and middle regions of Hainan Provicne, where are main areca palm-growing regions, from 2010 to 2022. The results showed that bacterial diseases occur in all the 9 cities or counties investigated. Causual agents were isolated and identified from the diseased samples collected. The pathogen of areca palm leaf spot, Burkholderia andropogonis (synonym: Robbsia andropogonis) isolates, accounted for 80.65% of the total isolated strains and no isolates of etiology of bacterial leaf stripe, Xanthomonas campestris pv. arecae (synonym: Xanthomonas vasicola pv. arecae), were obtained. The results indicated that betel nut bacterial leaf spot was the most prevalent bacterial disease in North-east Hainan Province currently as so far there are two areca palm leaf diseases caused by bacterial pathogens.

Abstract: Polyporus umbellatus is a kind of medicine and food fungus, in addition to the main component of polysaccharides, steroid components are rich in content, good biological activity and small side effects, part of its efficacy has been widely used in the treatment of various diseases. To investigate the anti-tumor biological activity and pharmacological effects of the steroid components, thiazole blue (MTT) method was used to evaluate the anti-proliferative effect of Polyporus umbellatus steroids on human hepatocarcinoma cell line HepG2, human cervical carcinoma cell line Hela, human renal clear-cell carcinoma cell line 786-O and human renal proximal tubular epithelial cell line HKC. The results indicated that different steroid compounds at different concentrations showed different degrees of inhibition of cell proliferation, as the concentration of the compound increases, its inhibition rate gradually increases, and it is concentration-dependent. The inhibitory effect of different compounds on the proliferation of the same cell was also different, among which the IC50 value of compound ZT-5 on HepG2 cells, Hela cells and 786-O cells was only 14.36 μg/mL, 21.90 μg/mL and 46.56 μg/mL, far lower than that of other compounds. The cytotoxic activity of Polyporus umbellatus steroids against tumor cells HepG2 and Hela was higher than that of 786-O cells, and the cytotoxic activity against normal cells HKC was less, showing obvious cell selectivity. The Polyporus umbellatus steroids have obvious anti-proliferative effect on tumor cells, which expand the therapeutic potential and have important guiding significance for the clinical application of Polyporus umbellatus.

Abstract: The offshore x block is a new exploration and development block, which is belongs to Shahejie Formation.In order to improve the development efficiency, batch drilling is applied. The horizontal well gravel packing + electric pump lifting completion process is adopted for unified completion. After the new wells are put into operation in batches, the problem of rapid rise of water ratio in varying degrees occurs in a short time. The production time, oil production and water cut of 8 oil wells in block X are counted. Draw the rising curve of water ratio. The dimensionless cumulative oil production is used to normalize the production data. Combined with geological data and production data, the internal and external factors affecting the rise of water ration of horizontal wells in block X are analyzed. It is considered that reservoir heterogeneity, edge and bottom water, toe following effect of horizontal well, length of horizontal well, water avoidance height, production system are the main reasons affecting the rise of water ratio of horizontal well in the initial stage of block x. At the same time, the situation of block x is summarized and suggestions are made in order to provide reference for the development scheme of similar blocks.

Abstract: Power boiler is an important equipment of the thermal power generating unit. At present, power station boiler is developing towards the direction of high parameters and large capacity. As the circulating blood of boiler, water vapor is paid more and more attention to the quality and the control is more and more strict. Because the water quality test results can effectively reflect the health status of the boiler and be used to guide the boiler operation, it is of great significance to inspect the water quality of the power boiler. Based on government supervision of special equipment and long-term accumulated work practice, this paper analyzes and summarizes key points that affect water quality inspection of power boilers, such as test items and timing, sampling link and sample preparation, test process, and supply water quality control, and confirmed the following conclusions: (1) In the process of water quality inspection of power boiler, attention should be paid to a series of factors that are easy to affect the inspection results in the sampling, sample preparation and inspection and testing process; (2) For the medium-pressure boiler of 3.8~5.8 MPa, there is a lack of test items and test indicator of supplemental water. The author believes that the quality of supplemental water is the source of water vapor quality and should be controlled. (3) When determining the test results, if there is no hydrogen ion exchange column set up in the sampling device, the hydrogen conductivity value will not be used as the basis for determination, and other parameters will be used for comprehensive consideration; (4) When determining the test results, it is more reasonable and unambiguous to interpret "exceeding the first-level treatment value" in GB/T 12145-2016 as "reaching the second-level treatment value or above"; (5) When determining the test results, it is suggested to determine the dissolved oxygen content of boiler feed water according to the index of reductive total volatile treatment when adding ammonia and other reducing agents (such as ascorbic acid and dimethyl ketone oxime, etc.) to the water.

Abstract: Xichang has a history of cherry cultivation for nearly 300 years. However, the main varieties of cherries planted are Chinese cherry, which has a single variety and a short and concentrated fruiting period, leading to fierce local homogenization competition and insignificant economic benefits, and farmers' planting intention decreases year by year. Therefore, this paper focuses on the integrated development of cherry industry and sweet cherry in Xichang, studies the cultivation of sweet cherry in Xichang, and describes the development background of sweet cherry industry in Xichang, estimation of cooling demand and selection of sweet cherry varieties suitable for cultivation in Xichang. The development background and existing advantages of sweet cherry industry in Xichang city were analyzed in detail. The cooling demand of deciduous fruit trees and its estimation model were briefly stated. In addition, 0-7.2°C model and Utah model were used to calculate and analyze the cooling amount of sweet cherry varieties in Xichang city, and determine the cooling interval of xichang city, which was used as the evaluation standard for the selection of sweet cherry varieties in Xichang city, and selected sweet cherry varieties suitable for xichang city, and the selected varieties were briefly introduced. It provides reference basis and development direction for the change of cherry planting to sweet cherry planting and the selection of sweet cherry varieties, and promotes the healthy and sustainable development of sweet cherry industry in Xichang city.

Abstract: In order to compare the difference of seismic response of RC frame structure under single and bidirectional strong ground motions, a 3-story RC frame structure is designed according to the Chinese seismic design code, and the structural seismic response is analyzed under the excitation of 4 sets of bidirectional strong ground motions by using OpenSEES. Then the seismic response parameters are analyzed and compared between the excitation of single and bidirectional strong ground motions. The result shows that the structural inter-story drift ratio under bidirectional strong ground motion is larger than that of excitation of the single component of strong motion and the column concrete compressive strain and rebar tensile strain increase, while the beam concrete compressive strain and rebar tensile strain decrease. The plastic hinge of RC frame is more likely to be formed at the end of column, and the amount of plastic hinge at column ends increases, but decreases at beam ends respectively, compared with excitation of single component of strong motion. Moreover, it is found that different bidirectional seismic input modes have large influence on the inter-story drift ratio and fiber strain, while have small influence on axial compression ratio and failure mode of beam-column joints. The result provides some reference for the seismic design of RC frame considering the effect of the bidirectional seismic action.

Abstract: Laminated elastomer bearings are widely used in large bridges to adjust bridge deformation and ensure the safety of bridge structures. The stress and strain of the bridge bearing contain rich information, which can reflect the complex load conditions of the bridge structure. However, due to the large deformation range of the bridge bearing and the difficulty of stress acquisition, the structural health monitoring of the bridge bearing has not been carried out effectively. First, in this study, a novel flexible strain sensor based on conductive polymer composites was fabricated by the solution mixing method. The strain sensor is composed of thermoplastic polyurethane, multi-walled carbon nanotubes and silane coupling agent. The use of silane coupling agent enhances the interfacial bonding between multi-wall carbon nanotubes and thermoplastic polyurethane matrix, which enables the strain range of the strain sensor to reach 150%, which can cover the strain range of the bearing surface, and the gauge factor reaches 8.3. Secondly, this study designs a bearing for the cast laminated elastomer support that can monitor the internal stress of the shear deformation. The method is to set a raised steel block in the middle layer of the support, and place a raised steel block on the side of the steel block. Attach the pressure sensor, so that during the shearing process of the support, the elastomer will squeeze the sensor to output the shear stress signal. This work provides an experimental theoretical basis for the development of structural health monitoring of bridge bearings.

Abstract: Restricted by the properties of viscoelastic materials, the energy dissipation capability of traditional viscoelastic dampers is poor, resulting in the need to use a larger number of dampers to achieve a certain damping effect in practical engineering. In this paper, a new viscoelastic material was developed. The damping properties of viscoelastic material were improved by adding special damping material into natural rubber. Firstly, the shear properties of the new high damping viscoelastic damper full-scale specimens made of this material were tested, and the shear mechanical properties of the damper were investigated. Secondly, through basic mechanical properties tests of the scale specimen under different conditions, the variation of mechanical performance parameter of the damper such as equivalent damping ratio and equivalent shear modulus were studied. Further, in order to accurately simulate the mechanical properties of the damper, the nonlinear four-element constitutive model is established, and the parameters in the model are identified by multi-step relaxation test and fast shear test. Finally, the engineering application research of the vibration control effect of the damper is carried out. Research results show that the new high damping viscoelastic damper has excellent energy dissipation performance, and its mechanical properties remain stable under large shear strain; The mechanical properties of the damper are strain dependent and the loading frequency has little influence on its performance; The nonlinear four-element constitutive model can accurately simulate the shear mechanical properties of the damper; engineering application analysis results show that the new high-damping viscoelastic damper has a good vibration control effect.

Abstract: Distributed energy has the characteristics of wide geographical distribution. Fuoh-distributed energy needs to use various communication methods to access grid information exercise. For remote control and other key information, this information is vulnerable to third-party attacks, attacks can cause grid operations to malfunction. This paper proposes a message integrity authentication method about distributed new energy remote control system, it is designed based on SM3 message. First of all, analysis of the content of the transmitted telecontrol message, use SM3 hash calculation to generate the corresponding hash value, the hash value in this article is 1. And sent to the opposite side together with the remote control message. The receiver will receive the sent information, when the receiver has completely received the sent content and continue to calculate the remote control message information, the calculation process is to use the hash operation to process and get the hash value 2, compare this value with the hash value of 1, and continue to transmit together with the remote control message. This paper exemplifies the specific operation steps, provide reference for readers to use. Abstract: Hydrogen production yield of photosynthetic bacteria is low, which limits the development of the photo-fermentation. In order to solve this problem, We're trying to over-expression [FeFe]-hydrogenase in photosynthetic bacteria to improve its hydrogen production yield.[FeFe]-hydrogenase, from Rhodopseudomonas palustris CGA009 (RpHydC), Rhodospirillum rubrum ATCC 11170 (RrhydA), Clostridium acetobutylicum ATCC 824(CahydA) are selected as the research object. We construct the over-expression plasmid of pCG2,pAD2 and pCA2,which containing RphydC, RrhydA and CahydA DNA fragment, respectively. The hydG, hydE and hydF are amplified and cloned in pBBR1mcs-2 to form pEFG2. The strains A036 containing pCA2 and pEFG2, A037 containing pCG2 and pEFG2, A038 containing pAD2 and pEFG2.The hydrogen yield of A036, A037 and A038 are 1.38 mol H2/mol-glucose,1.34 mol H2/mol-glucose and 1.23 mol H2/mol-glucose,which compared with wild type strain increased by 29.71%, 25.52% and 15.07%, respectively.In this study, we successful implementation of the [FeFe]-hydrogenase heterologous expression in Rhodobacter sphaeroides HY01 by the test analysis of hydrogen production and RT-PCR. Otherwise, [FeFe]-hydrogenase,encoded by RphydC, RrhydA and CahydA are confirmed that their maturation was strictly dependent on co-expression of hydG, hydE, and hydF.

Abstract: Pitaya is a highly nutritious tropical fruit introduced from abroad,which has a unique flavor and rich nutrition. It is one of the emerging tropical and subtropical fruit trees and is deeply loved by consumers at home and abroad. In recent years, the high price of pitaya, great market potential and good economic benefits have led to the continuous increase of Pitaya planting area in some parts of China. All the more reason to, this paper combines the topographic and climatic characteristics of Liangshan area in Sichuan Province, aiming at the problems of the traditional pitaya planting method, such as wide land occupation, inconvenient management and operation, easy to infect diseases, low yield and so on, by means of the new vertical cultivation facilities, from the aspects of planting method, seedling growth Technical improvements were made in light absorption efficiency, saving land area , facilitating management and reducing labor, and the technical regulations for new vertical cultivation were summarized, which has important guiding significance for pitaya cultivation. Abstract: Osteoporosis (OP) is a systemic bone metabolic disease characterized by decreased bone mass, decreased bone density and easy fracture. The number of osteoporosis patients in the world has exceeded 200 million, and the incidence rate has exceeded 25%, ranking the sixth most common and frequently-occurring disease in the world. At present, the methods of treating osteoporosis are mainly drug therapy and non-drug therapy. Medicine can only delay the loss of bone, but it can't restore the lost bone. At present, drugs mainly include drugs that inhibit bone resorption, drugs that promote osteogenesis, and traditional Chinese medicine. Drugs that inhibit bone resorption mainly include bisphosphonate, calcitonin, estrogen, BANKL monoclonal antibody, etc. Drugs that promote bone formation include thyroid hormone, calcium, vitamin D and simvastatin. Single traditional Chinese medicines mainly include Eucommia ulmoides Oliv., Epimedium Epimedium, etc. The prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicines mainly include Longmuzhuanggu granules, Xianlinggubao capsules, etc. Different drugs have different therapeutic effects and unique advantages. How to select the optimal drug to treat different types of osteoporosis has become the focus of clinical treatment. Besides, with the deepening of research and understanding on bone metabolism, the upgrading of existing drugs, the compatible use of drugs with different action mechanisms, new targeted drugs for cell function and gene, and the promotion of traditional Chinese medicine in China are all worthy of research. Abstract: Objective: The construction of smoke-free units is the basis for achieving tobacco control for the whole people. To understand the satisfaction of smoke-free units construction in Sanya city, Hainan Province, analyze the influencing factors, and give countermeasures. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 176 party and government organs, public institutions and hospitals participating in the construction of smoke-free units in Sanya city, Hainan Province in December 2020. The satisfaction degree, recognition degree and personal opinions of employees were obtained, and descriptive analysis and regression analysis were performed on quantitative data. Results: In this smoke-free unit construction, the rate of smoking cessation attempt was 28.2%, and the cumulative proportion of relatively satisfied and very satisfied was 78.5%, and there was a strong negative correlation between satisfaction and smoking rate. Discussion: The higher rate of smoking cessation attempts in the smoke-free units may be related to the fact that the subjects of the study are all government institutions, and their cognition of smoking harm and smoking cessation may be higher than that of ordinary residents. With the gradual improvement of residents' health literacy, the results of this study are prospective. The construction of smoke-free units should focus on the smoke-free atmosphere in the units and improve the daily supervision in the units as well as strengthen the propaganda and guidance and leadership demonstration.
