Abstract: Two-dimensional layered materials exhibit exotic optical, electrical and thermoelectric properties, which have drawn worldwide attention in the past decade. As a novel kind of two-dimensional semiconductor, monolayer Germanium Arsenide (GeAs) can be exfoliated from bulk solid and it owns excellent dynamical and thermal stability and tunable bandgap. Based on the first principles calculations, we investigate the geometric structure, electrical and magnetic properties of the pristine, Germanium vacancy (VGe) defected and Arsenide vacancy (VAs) defected monolayer GeAs. In agreement with the experimental results, the pristine monolayer GeAs is a direct bandgap semiconductor with a forbidden band width of 1.48eV. By applying a full spin-polarized description to the system, we find that pristine monolayer GeAs is non-magnetic. Introduction of an atomic vacancy defect in the unit cell of monolayer GeAs can lead to six unequal structures. The most stable structure of monolayer GeAs with VGe is also a direct bandgap semiconductor with a forbidden band width of 0.17eV and is non-magnetic. The most stable structure of monolayer GeAs with VAs can generate a magnetic moment of 0.4μB, and it has desired half-metallic behavior. These intriguing results indicate that both pristine and intrinsic vacancy defected monolayer GeAs are promising candidates for two-dimensional optoelectronics and spintronic devices with high performance.

Abstract: The natural fermentation broth of fruits and vegetables is the fermentation broth obtained from the natural fermentation process of fruits and vegetables. The raw fermentation broth is produced by anaerobic fermentation of fruits and vegetables, so as to form a fermentation beverage with complex components, which can promote digestion and absorption, alleviate constipation and beautify the face. Fruit fermentation can be used not only as a drink, but also as a substitute for highly active dry yeast. It can be added into bread to make natural yeast bread with good flavor and long shelf life and other baking products. It has broad market application prospects. In this paper, physical and chemical indexes (soluble solids content, alcohol content, total acid content) and microbial indexes of natural fermentation products on sale and self-made fermentation broth of fruits and vegetables were determined, and the morphology, size and color of yeast colony in fermentation broth were observed. In order to find the suitable fermentation time, the fermentation processes of two kinds of compound fermentation broth of fruits were monitored continuously and dynamically. The results showed that the contents of soluble solids, alcoholicity, total acid content and yeast count were significantly different among different natural fermentation liquors of fruits and vegetables due to different raw materials, formulations and fermentation time. The content of soluble solids in compound natural fermentation broth 1 (orange + apple + lemon) was reduced from 13.1% to 4.0% and the pH was decreased from 4.2 to 3.1, then slowly increased to 3.3 during the 40-day fermentation at 28°C, while the content of soluble solids in compound natural fermentation broth 2 (apple + pear + lemon) decreased slowly from 12.4% to 8.5% and the pH decreased from 4.4 to 2.9 at the same fermentation temperature and time.

Abstract: Game theory is a mathematical theory and method for studying phenomena with the nature of struggle, it is one of the most influential theories in modern social sciences. The idea of game theory is very well embodied in some asymmetric confrontation games. Players decision also count a lot in winning the game, but designers should balance the game by who should occupy the offensive as well as their abilities. This passage simply discusses the construction and the settlement of the simplest model of them—general three-man duel model, then gives out a way to solve the problem of finding the survival rate of any duelist after several given rounds of the game. This method can be extended to general n-man duel model. People who participate in the game usually maximize their own interests through certain rules, This study will provide reference value for the design of rules and the rational decision-making in Game Process.

Abstract: China's urbanization is in the context of high space-time compression. We need to meet many problems and new contradictions and challenges in the past two or three hundred years in the West in a short time. It is of great significance to learn from the advanced experience of developed countries such as the European Union for guiding China's rapid urbanization and ensuring the healthy spatial structure of cities. This paper explores the current situation of high investment and low return in China's transportation construction in recent years. On the basis of re-recognizing the relationship between urban mobility (UM) and urban development, the European urban traffic sociology related research and practice is used to deeply interpret the EU's Sustainable Urban Mobility Planning (SUMP). Combined with the actual situation, this paper finds the point of convergence between the theoretical system and China's traffic situation, and further proposes more targeted suggestions for China's traffic development, in order to provide a valuable reference for China's comprehensive transportation planning in the new era.

Abstract: In this paper, the recrystallization evolution of single crystal superalloy M4761 at different solid solution temperatures after different sandblasting stress and different blasting time is studied. The results show that the sample is treated by solution treatment after blasting. When the solution temperature reaches the γ' phase dissolution temperature, the depth of the recrystallized layer increases rapidly, and the γ' phase dissolution temperature is not reached. The depth of the recrystallized layer grows slowly or Recrystallization does not occur; the depth of the recrystallized layer increases with the blasting time; but as time increases, the growth rate gradually becomes slower overall; the solid solution effect of the single crystal superalloy M4761 is best around 1180°C, a fine γ' phase is obtained and the structure is uniform; the grain boundary is composed of a coarse γ' phase, and the recrystallized region gradually increases in size from the edge of the sample to the grain boundary.

Abstract: In recent years, the rapid development of high-speed railway in our country, followed by a rail safety problem has become the most important issue, as the core of the train operation control equipment, the development of the safety critical computer should be considered, firstly. At present, the mainstream safety critical computers all adopt the method of isomorphism, which can eliminate the multiple non-common fault of the same error structure, but can do nothing for some common fault. In this paper, a heterogeneous safety critical computer design and implementation method is proposed, which adopts the method of heterogeneous hardware and software, and analyzes its reliability and security by using fault tree model.
