Abstract: With the development of aerospace industry, the complexity of aerospace software is increasing, and the statue of software testing is becoming more and more important. The coverage test is an important method of testing the code logic defects. In order to meet the particularity of embedded aerospace software, this paper proposes a method to improve test coverage by improving test cases, which reducing the number of test cases and improving the efficiency of testing, thereby improving the effectiveness of test coverage. Based on five kinds of optimization types, the full text reduces the number of test cases and removes redundancy in order to improve the efficiency of test cases. While improving the test coverage, the method improves overall test efficiency, finally achieves the expected effect and reduces the cost of software development.

Abstract: In this study, a simple yet effective protein detection method was established by using bimetallic Au@Ag core-shell nanobrick as SERS active building blocks. The Au@Ag core-shell nanobrick is synthesized by well-defined ‘two-step’ growing method, enabling uniform and controllable silver shell growth on the surface of the gold nanorods induced by surfactant replacement. The thickness of the silver shell can be programmably adjusted by controlling the amount of silver nitrate in the system, which in turn realized the controllable adjustment of the optical properties of Au@Ag core-shell nanobrick. We selected bovine serum albumin as a model protein and established a highly-sensitive assay for label-free SERS detection of protein. The detection limit can reach to as low as 0.5 μg/mL, enabling promising avenue for its clinical application in ultrasensitive biomarker detection.

Abstract: Under the premise of ensuring the protective effect, it is of great significance to design the optimal protective suit. In this paper, under the premise of analyzing the basic temperature distribution, the optimal thickness of the protective clothing is optimized. First, a temperature distribution model based on the heat transfer equation. The partial differential equations of temperature, time and spatial position are written for fabric layers I, II, III and air layer IV respectively. The initial and boundary conditions are given according to the measured external temperature and thermodynamic laws of skin. The finite difference method is used to numerically solve the partial differential equations to obtain the temperature distribution at different time and space. It was found that the human skin temperature increased with time and reached a steady state at time t=1645s. Then the optimal thickness is solved. Under the condition of meeting the basic safety requirements, the constraint optimization model with the optimal II layer thickness (ie the thinnest and the lowest cost) as the objective function is established. Then use the particle swarm optimization algorithm based on dynamic target method to solve. The optimum layer thickness was found to be 6.2 mm. Finally, the model was tested. Using the finite element heat transfer analysis of ANSYS workbanch to simulate the temperature distribution in the actual material, the similarity is high, which proves that the temperature distribution model is more accurate. This model can be extended to other heat transfer related clothing and container optimal thickness design.

Abstract: Goldbach conjecture can be described as "an even number is the sum of two prime Numbers,", this description is well known, the Canadian guy's book «the unresolved problems in number theory», put forward a conjecture which is contrary to goldbach: that "evens are the different between two prime Numbers", the difficulty of the conjecture is not less than goldbach conjecture, as also an unresolved problem. This paper, based on the promotion of chandra symmetric matrix, there is a natural number as long as there is any matrix at the same time don't appear in the matrix as well as the matrix beginning of 4 , thus making the conjecture set up, thus obtained the equivalent propositions of "an even number are the difference between the two primes" conjecture: 2mn + m + n and 2m + m+n + x (m, n for any natural number, x takes only one value at a time, is a fixed) Is these two formulas can show all the natural Numbers greater than 4 + x? If not, then the "even number is the difference between two prime Numbers" conjecture is true, which is the equivalent of the conjecture. And I get the equivalent proposition of golabach too! Mathematicians can turn to this description, as long as have the solution of this new description, the original conjecture will also be solved, the road of research also greatly broaden, mathematicians on the new description of the solution, in the process of research should be have some achievements. The difference between this equivalent proposition and the original conjecture is that the original conjecture is only a description of a concept, while the equivalent proposition tends to be digitized and formulated.

Abstract: Objective Through the establishment of blood pressure measurement running model, the relationship between the blood pressure measurement velocity and the noninvasive blood pressure measurement value was calculated, then the accuracy of noninvasive blood pressure measurement was evaluated. Methods First, the basis of establishing the blood pressure measurement running model: the origin and nature of the blood pressure auscultation sound (BPAS) which was also confirmed as the main component of Korotkoff-sound was determined by the resonance theory of blood pressure measurement and its confirming experiments from the perspective of evidence-based medicine. The BPAS was a vibration sound which coming from the vibration of closing mitral valve and being homologous with the first heart sound and also possessing resonant nature. It was located between the first heart sound and the second heart sound on the synchronization graph of artery and heart, this meant that the Korotkoff-sound was a sound of systolic period in cardiac cycle; Second, establishing the blood pressure measurement running model: the cardiac cycle was divided into 6 equal parts in which 3 ones were in systolic period and another 3 ones were in diastolic period, then 6 pressure measurement lines were imagined and the speed that the gas flow out of the cuff was in control from 1-10mmHg/per beating and the systolic pressure measurement value was calculated using mathematical methods, the principle of value reading was to use round figure; In final, setting up the ideal tested individuals: imagining the individual's systolic pressure of each beating was always 130mmHg, the heart rate was 60/min. Results When the blood pressure measurement velocity was 1mmHg/per beating, two numbers of 130 and 129mmHg were calculated; when the velocity was 2 to 3mmHg/per beating, three numbers of 130,129 and 128mmHg were calculated; when the velocity was 4 to 5mmHg/per beating, five numbers from 130 to 126mmHg were calculated; when the velocity was 10mmHg/per beating, nine numbers from 130 to 122mmHg were calculated; Conclusion The faster the blood pressure measurement velocity was, the wider the range of blood pressure measurement value was, and then the greater the measurement error was. The blood pressure measurement velocity can greatly affect the systolic blood pressure measurement value ,and this is also an important factor of fluctuation in blood pressure.

Abstract: The study of the influence of terrain on ground motion is quantified as the amplification effect of terrain on ground motion. In this paper, we use the spectral element method to simulate the three-dimensional real terrain model, and select the aftershocks of the station ground motion observation records in the Lushan area as the source, and analyze the amplification effect of the three-dimensional topography on the ground motion of the Lushan earthquake in the low frequency range (1-5hz). In this paper, the Fourier model of the real terrain of Lushan and the half-space free model are used to calculate the Fourier amplitude spectrum. The results show that in the low frequency range, the ground fluctuations have a large variation, which will have complex effects on the propagation of seismic waves. Especially in the bulging mountain and depression terrain, the time course peak is large. In addition, this paper selects the mountain near the BXD station from the calculation area, and analyzes the terrain magnifying effect of the convex mountain. Under 2-3hz, the mountain slope near the source side has a magnification effect of 3-4 times.

Abstract: Water Sensitive Urban Design(WSUD)is a spatial design method which integrates urban design and urban hydrological management. Under the current background of sponge city construction, it promotes the collection, treatment and recycling of rainwater by optimizing the urban material space form, reducing the impact of urban development on natural water circulation system. Water-sensitive urban design was introduced in Australia earlier, and remarkable results have been achieved in design methods and planning practice. Taking WSUD in Australia as an example, this paper elaborates the urban design strategy based on water sensitivity, and draws lessons from Australia's experience in integrating water sensitivity design into practical design and construction at various levels, such as policy, concept, space and technology, in order to provide useful ideas for the construction and development of sponge cities in China and related research in the field of urban design.
