Abstract: In view of the importance of helium resources and the lack of evaluation methods, the resource evaluation method for helium in natural gas is found and summarized. Helium gas is associated with oil and gas, and generally exists as a component of natural gas. It has important industrial value and is used in many fields. At present, the helium resources are scarce in China, the application of the extraction of helium gas from natural gas is less. Based on sorting and summarizing the evaluation methods of natural gas, choose the resource evaluation method that can be applied to helium, and evaluate the resource of helium in natural gas based on the natural gas evaluation method. Finally, select the target area to select the evaluation parameters and control the reserves calculation, to verify the feasibility of the method. Through verification, the volumetric method is an accurate and reliable evaluation method for the helium gas resources in natural gas.

Abstract: As the deterioration of the external environment, insufficient capital investment and other perplexing problems on the management process, Chinese Natual reserve is faced with many threats, so the construction and protection of the Wetland Nature Reserve has become the urgent work of relevant departments. The primary task of building a conservation area to solve the problem of insufficient funds for the construction of protected areas. This paper mainly takes Hubei province Long gan Lake Natural Reserve as an example to analyze the nature reserve of existing financing mechanisms. On the basis of comparison and analysis, finally, the following conclusion is obtained: Longgan Lake Nature Reserve of Hubei province should try the financing model of PPP to cope with the shortage of construction funds.

Abstract: In recent years, the government has adopted a series of measures to control air pollution, and the atmospheric environment quality has been improved. However, the environmental air quality in China is still not ideal. In this paper, constructs a regression model based on the EKC hypothesis, and builds a Tapio decoupling model based on the decoupling theory. The relationships between atmospheric pollutants and GDP are analyzed by using thses two methods. The atmospheric pollutants include SO2, NOx and CO2. In the regression model, the quantitative relationship between atmospheric pollutants and GDP is established, and the characteristics and differences between the pollutants and GDP are analyzed. Also, the decoupling relationship between atmospheric pollutants and economic growth is analyzed by using decoupling model. Then, the mutual verification of these different methods are launched. On this basis, the new situation of air pollution in China under the background of ecological civilization construction is analyzed. At last , policy suggestions are put forward.

Abstract: This first-attempt study used extracts of appropriate antioxidant abundant Camellia and non-Camellia tea and medicinal herbs as model ESs to stably intensify bioelectricity generation performance in microbial fuel cells (MFCs). As electron shuttles (ESs) could stimulate electron transport phenomena by significant reduction of electron transfer resistance, the efficiency of power generation for energy extraction in microbial fuel cells (MFCs) could be appreicably augmented. Using environmentally friendly natural bioresource as green source of ESs is the most promising to sustainable practicability. As comparison of power-density profiles indicated, supplement of Camellia tea extracts seemed to be the most appropriate, then followed non-Camellia Chrysanthemum tea and medicinal herbs. Antioxidant activities, total phenolic contents and power stimulating activities were all electrochemically associated. In particular, the extract of unfermented Camellia tea (i.e., green tea) was the most promising ESs to augment bioenergy extraction compared to other refreshing medicinal herb extracts for biorefinery applications.

Abstract: Nanoparticles often play a role in the form of groups. The collective properties of magnetic nanoparticles will be changed as a result of the inter aggregation mode and the morphology of the particles. In this thesis, magnetic properties and magnetocaloric effects of one dimensional chain nanoparticles in magnetic field are mainly studied, which lays the foundation for further clinical applications.Through the simulation research on the multi physical coupling, the changes of collective magnetic properties and magnetocaloric effects of one dimensional structure nanoparticles assembled by magnetic field are expounded theoretically. Concretely, Comsol Multiphysics software is applied, and magnetic flux density images of one dimensional chain magnetic nanoparticles caused by alternating magnetic field are obtained with different direction. Furthermore, alternating magnetic fields are induced, magnetic flux density and electromagnetic heat images of one dimensional chain magnetic nanoparticles are obtained with different diameters and spaces, and the magnetic field distribution and the magnetic heat distribution are analyzed. Through multiple one dimensional chain nanoparticles images of different magnetic heat found that one dimensional chain nanoparticles mutual effects between adjacent particles, result in the simulation results obviously.

Abstract: To investigate the immune-regulatory function of exosomes from human umbilical cord blood plasma on T cells in peripheral blood, differential centrifugation was used to isolate the exosomes from umbilical cord blood plasma (Pexo) firstly. The exosome was characterized by transmission electronic microscope and the western blot of CD63, Lamp2. Exosomes were cultured with peripheral blood lymphocytes which were isolated from the peripheral blood for 72 h, and analyzed for the changes of the Treg subpopulation and memory T cells by flow cytometry, and their effect on lymphocyte proliferation was measured by CFSE assay. The production of IFN-γ, IL-2, TNF-α, TGF-β was detected by qRT-PCR. The results show that Pexo could not activate T cells or proliferate the T cells in vitro, and could not regulate the Treg subpopulation or memory T cells, but the expression of IFN-γ and TNF-α was decreased significantly after the treatment with Pexo within 24h. The exosomes from the umbilical cord blood plasma can decrease the expression of inflammatory factors observably under the condition of keeping the activity and function of the cells. So it has the potential to be used to cure the related immunological diseases due to the inflammatory factors overexpression, especially for the elderly, as their body are usually under the inflammatory state.

Abstract: In order to analysis the volatile components of honeysuckle extract, the honeysuckle extracts by Raoultella planticola fermented and its contrast extracts were analyzed by GC/MS after simultaneous distillation extraction. The results showed:In compared with the contrast, (1) 35volatile components were identified from the fermented honeysuckle extract, including 22 kinds of new: 3- hydroxy -2- methyl ethyl ketone, hexanal, isoamyl propionate, benzene ethanol, two hydrogen actinidiolide, etc.,which accounted for more than 40% of the total relative percentage content; (2) And 23 kinds of volatile components’ content changed, including linalool, α-terpineol increased, at the same time, the stimulus components disappeared, such as dibutyl phthalate. After fermentation, the volatile components of honeysuckle extract has changed in a big way, with fragrance, fruit sweet, creamy and rich aroma, and stimulating ingredients reduce, leading to improve the quality of aroma.
