Solid Acid Pretreatment Enhancing the Production of VFAs from Corn Cob

Abstract: Volatile fatty acids (VFAs) are products with high added value and widely used. The production of organic acids by anaerobic fermentation of biomass is an environmentally friendly method and can realize the recycling of waste. In order to solve the problem that biomass structure is complex and difficult to hydrolyze, three pretreatment methods, solid acid, dilute sulfuric acid and hydrothermal treatment, were used to pretreat corncob. The effects of three pretreatment methods on acid production of corncob by anaerobic fermentation were compared. The results showed that after 16 days of fermentation, the concentration of VFAs of solid acid pretreatment group was significantly higher than that of other experimental groups, reaching 4055.15 mg/L, which was 41.34% higher than that of control group. The results showed that solid acid pretreatment can effectively destroy the structure of corncob, promoted its hydrolysis and increase the acid production of anaerobic fermentation. Solid acid pretreatment with the advantages of environmentally friendly, high efficiency and low cost is a promising process for biomass acid production, which promotes the production of VFAs by biomass fermentation.

Abstract: With the development of the era, the word “haze” was born, and more and more people suffer from respiratory diseases, particularly congestive heart failure and coronary artery disease and lung cancer.In the European Union, PM2.5 cuts life expectancy by 8.6 months.Bases on the medical data relating to the hospital, in July 2018-August of respiratory medical consultations and PM2.5value transfer function model is set up, after using the model on September 1st, 2018-September 20th respiratory medical consultations to make predictions, and comparing with the real value, the results show that compared with the ARIMA model, transfer function model predicts more accurately. In other words, the relationship between daily respiratory department visits and PM2.5value is more similar to the transfer function model.Finally, the transfer function model is used to predict the daily number of patients in respiratory department from September 21st to September 30th, 2018,Because the management of medical treatment is one of the important indicators reflecting the level of hospital management, the prediction of daily medical treatment volume can provide a reliable basis for the allocation of out-patient medical staff, and it is of great significance for hospitals to rationally arrange human, financial, material and other resources to improve economic and social benefits.

Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology, data information also presents the Characteristics of diversity. Meanwhile more and more datum are presented in the form of functions. Therefore, functional data has become the focus of researchers. Functional data analysis has also proved to be of great value in the fields of biology, medicine and metrology. A partially functional linear regression model is proposed for the regression cases in which the response variables are scalar types and the predictive variables are both variable types and functional types. For the functional predictive variables, we use the functional principal component analysis method to reduce the dimension of the functional data.The least square method is used to calculate the estimate of parameters.With the improvement of people's living standard, people pay more and more attention to health. And an increasing number of people are eager to live a healthy life and keep healthy. Healthy and comfortable sleep has become a topic of increasing concern to researchers. Using data from PhysioNet Databases on activity and sleep in healthy people for this study, we found that the predicted variables in the model could well explain the response variables. The application of partially functional linear model is further extended.

Abstract: In this paper, the cement base and steel fiber are modeled separately through a separate model. The cement base uses a concrete damage plastic model; while the steel fiber imports the programmed program into the simulation software to generate randomly distributed steel fibers, and the steel fiber uses a truss unit. After the separation model is modeled, it is combined with the extended finite element to simulate the cracks of the steel fiber reinforced cement-based beam with I-shaped notch under the action of three-point bending, and the crack propagation until the cement-based beam is completely broken. According to the simulation results, the load-deflection and load-crack opening displacement curves of the cement base were drawn; the crack evolution process was tracked; various fracture parameters were calculated; and the stress time history curves of the steel fibers in different regions were drawn. The results show that: steel fiber can effectively improve the fracture energy and fracture toughness of the cement base, and play a toughening and crack resistance effect on the cement base; the crack resistance of steel fiber is mainly produced by the steel fiber in the middle span and the crack area. The steel fibers at both ends of the beam have little effect on the cement base.

Abstract: In the context of continuous innovation in global business formats, our country's commercial architectural design is always exploring and moving forward at the same time. In this paper, large commercial buildings in Guangzhou and Hong Kong will be selected as research Subjects. The psychological and behavioral patterns of shoppers in the public spaces of these commercial buildings will also be analyzed and studied, which mainly through reading literature and going to the site, and also including questionnaire method. In this process, the psychological needs of shoppers for public space in large commercial buildings will be investigated, along with the behavioral effects of different modes of public space in large commercial buildings on shoppers. To sum up, it is to study the interaction between the psychology and behavior of shoppers and the public space of commercial buildings. Through the conclusion, it is found that the environment and people are always in a complementary relationship, and human psychology and behavior should be the starting point and destination of environmental design. It is hoped that the environment design and human psychology and behavior are studied as a more direct relationship, so as to bring some inspiration to the design of public space in large commercial buildings.
