Abstract: E-banking implies provision of banking products and services through electronic delivery channels. It permits anytime, anywhere and any how banking. It offers easy, faster, convenient, low cost banking services around the clock. The study was designed to difficulties of e-banking advancement in Bangladesh. No comprehensive study has yet been conducted especially on advancement of e-banking in Bangladesh. The investigation was concentrated in various divisions, districts, towns and rural areas in Bangladesh. The study has been conducted mainly based on primary data. Secondary data has also been used for this purpose. To collect information of e-banking advancement in Bangladesh the websites of related banks were used. Primary data was collected by providing questionnaire to the respondents through e-mail and researcher’s direct physical communication. Response from total 120 respondents consisting of 44 bankers and 76 bank customers were selected randomly for the study were considered. In analyzing data, the statistical tools have used with the aid of SPSS software. The result shows that almost all Bangladeshi banks offer e-banking services. State owned commercial banks are in backward position. Quality of e-banking services in Bangladesh is not good. E-banking practice in Bangladesh is not highly secured and Bangladeshi users have lack of awareness about e-banking security.

Abstract: Firstly, the paper analyzed the necessity and practical application advantages of the RFID technology in the clothing distribution logistics management, and pointed out the urgency and future trends in the domestic logistics applications of apparel industry. Then, it proposed the overall architecture of clothing distribution logistics management system, So as to help enterprises introduce RFID technology and realize the enterprise logistics and information flow automation, real-time, visualization, accuracy and real-time tracking management, so that clothing enterprises can quickly response to the implementation of garment enterprises lean management. The framework of logistics management system was constructed in this research, which hoped to be able to solve the problem of logistics bottleneck in the sustainable development of garment enterprises.

Abstract: The development of science and technology could promote the maturity of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei's informationization of logistics. Abstract: The main objective of the paper is to explore the nature of supply chain management practices and challenges that SMEs, which comprise of about 90% of businesses in the developing countries, face in Africa and more specifically in Kenya. The paper also identified important areas that need to be addressed in order to increase the SMEs long term survival and competitiveness in the business environment. A case study involving a supply chain network of the Small Scale tea Sector in Kenya was studied. Data was collected from forty eight respondents using semi-structured interviews, a structured questionnaire and examination of documents. The study found out that the SME sector appreciates good supply chain management practices, but has not put the same into practice. The sector has not established long term relationships with its suppliers. The sector was found to face several challenges which threaten its long term growth and survival, the most worrying challenge being the continued rising operating costs, adverse climatic changes and unpredictable working environment. This study is limited to the Kenyan small scale tea Industry. To improve generalization, the study could be replicated in other industry sectors of the economy and also in other developing countries. This paper provides a study that can help supply chain managers improve supply chain efficiency. Improved supply chain efficiency may help SME organizations to maintain competitiveness in a rapidly globalizing economy. The paper also gives some suggestions on how SMEs can cope with the challenges that they face. The supply chain management practices suggested in this paper provides a framework for realizing true supply chain efficiency and competitiveness. Different organizations will align their objectives, processes and management focus as per the focal areas of their organization depending on their capabilities and market situation. However, in every case organizations need to act fast to capitalize on these opportunities to be competitive with the world market.

Abstract: The aim of the study was to address the strategic factors that affect compliance with the SACCO Act of 2008 by Financial Co-operatives in Nairobi County. Despite the fact that SASRA regulations have been in operation for the last four years, the strategic factors that affect compliance with the Act of 2008 has not been established. The study adopted a census survey of 42 Financial Cooperatives. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics with the aid of Statistical Package for Social Sciences software. Multiple regressions were used in testing the strategic factors affecting compliance with the SACCO Act of 2008 by Financial Co-operatives in Nairobi County. The study found that, ICT capacity of the SACCOS in Nairobi County are inadequate; The SACCOs in the county have not attained the required human resource capacity and 80% of the SACCOs have not fully complied with the Societies’ Act of 2008. The researcher’s conclusion and recommendations was that ICT capacity, corporate governance and human resource capacity were found to be important as far as compliance with the Societies’ Act number 14 (2008). These factors present challenges that hinder financial cooperatives from compliance. Therefore Sacco societies Act should be reviewed to ensure as many financial cooperatives are able to comply with the Act as possible in order to ensure that members deposits held in the current outfits are protected as the small and emerging Saccos endeavour to overcome the compliance challenges. The research recommends SACCO’s to establish a training program to enhance management capacity on compliance issues. Meanwhile the board of directors should initiate change management with an aim of setting realistic user expectations objectives and goals.

Abstract: The application of cloud computing is conducive to the efficient allocation of resources and cost reduction. With the vigorous development of cloud technology, more and more enterprises have involved in cloud services, so the competition among providers is increasingly fierce. How to formulate a reasonable price strategy is one of the current matters urgently needing solved for the long term benefit of the market. Only by establishing the good pricing strategy can enterprises better seize market and build a stable customer relationship. Based on the concept of cloud computing, this paper makes a brief comment on the study of the literature of the three types of pricing mechanisms in the business life cycle of cloud computing. It is pointed out that dynamic pricing can better meet the interests of both sides of supply and demand and become the main trend of future pricing. Future research needs to study the characteristics of the cloud service life cycle from the cloud services industry. Consider the long-term benefits of customers and suppliers, and develop dynamic pricing mechanism.
