Abstract: Adjustment of distribution of rural schools is not only a primary method for scientific layout and optimized deployment of educational resources in rural area, but also of great significance for development of minority society. The research object of this paper is the rural schools in the Qinghai-Tibet region of Northwest China. The main method used are interview and questionnaire, and then analyze the data. By investigating those initial stakeholders’ responses to the adjustment of rural school distribution in minority areas and further probing into the microscopic social environment—family, the author of this thesis found that The adjustment of rural primary and secondary schools has brought about momentary development opportunities for local education, and it has also brought many problems and hidden dangers to direct stakeholders. The dismantling and emerging of schools brings about optimal allocation of rural educational resources, and at the same time it also brings shocks to the educational environment within rural families. when formulating an education policy, we must consider comprehensively, for example, we should consider the interests of people related to this policy, such as villagers, teachers and students in this paper. Certainly, in the process of education policy-making, we should fully listen to the opinions and suggestions of all aspects for analysis and comparison, so as to ensure the democracy of policy-making.

Abstract: Chinese Culture Aphasia becomes a common problem in ELT Classroom in China. There are many reasons for this problem, but the core reason is that English teachers’ teaching mainly focuses on the one-way input of the target language culture. Therefore, the content of Chinese culture in English tests and English teaching are insufficient, which makes college teachers mindless in language teaching. Furthermore, colleges or universities do not have official syllabuses for integrating Chinese Culture into ELT Classroom, while compulsory education and high schools in China have latest English syllabuses which give some detailed requirements for instructing teachers how to integrate Chinese culture into ELT Classroom. This study selects the objectives about Chinese culture for students in the latest syllabuses to analyze, and find out that: 1) the latest syllabuses give specific requirements for students in different levels; 2) these latest syllabuses detail what Chinese culture students should master in different phases. After studying on the latest English syllabuses for compulsory education and high school education in China, the author propose some suggestions about integrating Chinese culture into ELT Classroom for English teachers who teach students majoring in English. Firstly, policy makers in colleges or universities should revise the old syllabus, detailing specific requirements for English teaching. Secondly, Chinese culture can be divided into three levels for English major students: preliminary level, vantage level and higher level, and students can learn Chinese culture from the easy to the difficult. Thirdly, English teachers can utilize the local traditional Chinese culture to arouse students’ interest in learning and promoting Chinese traditional culture. Fourthly, teachers should apply proper teaching methods to assist English language teaching effectively.

Abstract: Interest is regarded by researchers in educational psychology to be a crucial factor in individuals’ learning process. It has been extensively studied in educational psychology and various educational disciplines. However, it has not attracted sufficient research efforts in the field of language learning. This study provides an overview of the interest factor as well as an in-depth analysis of related studies on learning interest, including the triggers, effects, influencing factors and development of situational interest and individual interest, which are the two categories of learning interest. Following the overview of related studies done in subject areas other than language learning and teaching, the paper also examines the interest studies focused specifically on second language acquisition or foreign language learning. Based on the discussions and analysis, the author suggests the directions and avenues of future studies for researchers of language learning and teaching, proposing the expanded research scope and deepened research foci for both situational and individual interests. This study aims at bringing the interest factor into the field of language teaching and research so as to expand the scope of research topics in this field. More importantly, this overview article may also provide a new perspective and effective means to invigorate language learning classroom and maximize language learning outcomes.

Abstract: Results of theoretical and experimental study of the praxeological component of the social and living skills of preschool children with cerebral palsy are represented. For the purpose of determination of the state of formation of the praxeological component of the social and living skills of preschool children with cerebral palsy (CP) a series of researches have been performed. Set 1 of researches according to experimental methodology of Individual Labor Assignments by G. Uruntaeva (Children were offered to do 18 individual labor assignments, which were classified according to types of labor); Set 2 of researches of Series 1 was carried out with help of diagnostic game tasks, wherein manipulation boards were used, special didactic aids. Experiment covered 128 children of preschool age. Preliminary examination and analysis of questions concerning formation of the social and living skills by preschool children with CP, data collection with methods of questionnaire survey and interview, analysis and generalization of data concerning number of children with different forms of CP enabled to engage 89 children with different forms of CP (with preserved intelligence) to experiment. Of them 46 children are 5-6 years old, 43 children are 6-7 years old with diagnosis “infantile cerebral palsy” (medium and light form of severity). As well summative experiment covered 39 children with typical development (20 children of 5-6 years and 19 children of 6-7 years). Criteria for engagement into experiment were lack of mental retardation, progressive degenerative and hereditary diseases, consequences of traumatic brain injuries and neuroinfections and cramps indications in anamnesis less than within 3 years. Statistical analysis to find links according to skills groups was made with use of Statistica v.6.1 application (Statsoft Inc., USA). All quantitative parameters were verified for distribution normality with application of Kolmogorov-Smirnov criterion. Influence of age factor on the state of development of orientation, instrumental, organizational-and-regulatory social and living skills was studied. In order to compare two independent quantitative data Student’s t-test was applied. As well calculation and Pearson's r correlation coefficient were applied to determine the direct and inverse relation between the state of social-and-living skills formation and children’s age; dynamics coefficient (Kd) was calculated to determinate the rate of change in levels of development according to age and deviation coefficient (Тvd) was calculated to to determine absolute value of the skills development level.

Abstract: The research aimed at using virtual simulation program via flipped classroom to develop genetic problem solving and future thinking skills among secondary stage students. It was relied on integrating virtual simulation programs and inverted classes because both are modern teaching strategies that fit with the nature of the current era and the spread of distance learning, especially after the Corona pandemic, and because they are appropriate to the nature of the dependent variables represented in solving problems and skills of future thinking, which require immersion and engagement in the learning process to acquire skill. The participants were a group of students (N=85) girls enrolled on the third-year secondary stage at Besha governorate, scientific section, in the first semester of 2021/2022, distributed into two groups: the control (N=42) and the experimental (N=43). The instruments were: (1) a test of genetic problems solving skills (prepared by the researcher) and (2) a test of future thinking skills (prepared by the researcher). The researcher followed the quasi-experimental method to the experimental design with the two groups: the control group (taught by the usual way) and the experimental group (taught by using virtual simulation programs via flipped classrooms), and the pre/post-application of the dependent variables (genetic problem-solving skills and future thinking skills). Results showed that using virtual simulation program via flipped classroom had a positive effect on developing genetic problem solving and future thinking skills. It’s recommended to train teachers and students on using virtual simulation programs in teaching and learning biology courses.
