Abstract: In this research, has done on topic of “A Study of teachers' attitude towards the education of child with physically impairment students at higher secondary level”. Population of research decided on 32 higher secondary level 316 teachers. In which selected sample of research 20 higher secondary school of 100 teachers. The sample has selected, using of simple systematic random sampling technique. Self-made teacher attitude measurement questionnaire has used to collecting of data. In the form of statistical analysis have used of mean, standard deviation, Kai-test and T-scale statistical techniques. Statistics will be added based on the results obtained after the analysis that physically disable student his/her education toward attitude of teachers of the secondary level of the normal for students as well as ever. In research, find positive about the female teacher’s attitude toward education of child with physically impairment students than male teachers. And also find to the research government school teacher positive attitude toward the education of child with physically impairment more than private school teacher attitude. More result finding research in no attitude difference between government school female teachers and private school female teachers. Last, conclude of research to more sensitization of teacher toward the education of child with physically impairment.

Abstract: Vocational education for seafaring officers is a long process. During this period, the educational programs proceed within a periodical improvement framework. Sea Training is an integral part of Maritime Education and Education (MET) and it is a part of academic program in the MET institutions. All seafaring officers should complete at least one year Sea training on board the ships to finalize their education. This training should be completed suitable commercial vessels and specially designed training ships. Initial evaluation of sea training are made by the ships which the cadet attended and the maritime schools made the final assessment to verify their achievement at sea training. Practical training is an absolute must for every type of seafarer’s education. The aim is to consolidate the academic knowledge taught and practical experience gained at sea. So, on the practical side of the curriculum, sea training comes into prominence during maritime education and that is what we discuss in this study. The main purpose of this research is to pinpoint the main problems encountered by cadets during their sea training phase, and make some suggestions for possible solutions to ensure quality and efficiency of the training. The study starts with a group study base on field study, to define the hypothesis is for questions of questionnaire for cadets participated sea training. The evaluation of the responds are used to finding and subsequently results and proposals. In addition, it is strongly suggested that the collected data and provided findings in this project are taken forward for further studies on this subject.

Abstract: Stakeholders’ involvement in implementation of social studies curriculum forms a cornerstone for strengthening partnerships essential for achieving learning outcomes for sustainable development. Strong bonds between parents, school administration and community influence knowledge, skills, attitudes and values that learners require for survival in the 21st century as effective citizens. While communities, families and the society act as a linkage in social studies learning, continuous partnership with stakeholders develops valuing relationships for displaying convivial attitudes for decision making and cohesiveness. Even though collaborative efforts with stakeholders contribute to school success, support is directed to involvement in fundraising initiatives and volunteering which creates a gap between learning outcomes and behavior dispositions among learners. Despite resurgence in stakeholders’ support for social studies curriculum, learners continue to display dishonesty, truancy and disobedience which are against tenets of a just and efficient society. Hence the study explored sustainability of stakeholders’ support for social studies curriculum (SSC) and enhancement of responsibility among learners in Nairobi City County, Kenya. Using both quantitative and qualitative interpretative model, the study employed descriptive survey design with data collected using a questionnaire for 98 pre-primary school teachers who were purposively sampled from 211 schools. Quantitative data was summarized and organized according to research questions and arranged in themes for analysis. The theory of overlapping spheres of influence was employed to identify the role of school administration, parents and community support for SSC and responsibility. The results indicated that school administration provides sustainable support in enhancing responsibility by 83.00%, followed by parents at 76.90% and lastly community members at 74.50%. The study recommended that teachers should involve school administration, parents and community in developing responsibility for learners to coexist in society as efficiently functioning citizens.

Abstract: Background: Eye witness is an act that helps to provide justice, beneficence, non-maleficence and autonomy to any victim thus prevents misconduct and crimes from the society. Crime is an act of planning, preparing, stealing, harming and destroying individuals, groups or societies rights. Crime is one of the social and ethical issue that is prohibited in every religion and society. Healthcare professionals are suffering from different kind of workplace violence, harassments and abuses by patient attendants. Moreover, taking medicines or equipments from wards, and errors during surgical procedure is again consider crime. Nurses usually deal with issues and situations that have elements of ethical and moral uncertainty. Unfortunately such kind of crimes are not reported and remain unnoticed. It is our responsibility to become eye witness and report all those act which can prevent deviation from the standard of care as well as insure safety of health care providers. Methodology: Data were collected through systematic data search technique. Publication from 2001 to 2018 regarding eye witness were included in this study for review. After in depth screening, 22 articles were finally selected for review. Quality analyses were done according to pre-identified criteria. Result: Findings from retrieved and analyzed articles revealed that individuals cognitive power, confident level and theoretical knowledge is essential to become eye witness of any crime and misdeed. It is also evident from literatures that the outcome of telling lie and become fake eye witness has contextual consequences and punishment is different from context to context and person to person. According to three articles in this review, providing accurate and truth information regarding any crime is our responsibility and every religion possess and direct to provide correct information and become eye witness to prevent such acts which harm others. Conclusion: Nursing profession is facing number of challenges thus bulling and leg pulling is one of the issue which we seen in nursing profession. To take any decision and sharing any misconduct and immoral act by any person or health care providers we must have enough knowledge, confident, cognitive integrity to identify our personal values, moral development and knowledge of ethical theories for decision making in nursing to be a eye witness or not.

Abstract: Recently the engineering institutes in India and abroad ignored the importance of mathematical modeling techniques in engineering teaching process and gave no places in their curriculum. In the present study the investigator applied random sampling on 15 post graduate engineering students, formulated four hypotheses connecting the innovative (attitude, relative advantage) and implementation variablion (utilisatation, satisfaction) and examined the relationships between the two variables. By using regression analysis, the result demonstrated that the two variables were significantly related. This implies the implementation of mathematical modeling in the engineering discipline was not successful. The investigator tried to identify the factors that would determine the successful implementation of mathematical modeling in the engineering discipline. It is critically important that mathematically trained and technologically competent research experts should be appointed and utilized as resources in the engineering research making bodies. Engineering research institutes with mathematical modeling facility should be collaborated with those that lack them to provide all research activities and opportunity to witness, learn from successful modeling related experiments.
