Abstract: With the technology of security video surveillance applied in unattended electric power substations, security management is the only way to modernize the power grid. The paper proposes a set of integrated solutions combining substation video, security and power supply based on the 4G Wireless Networks. It studies the remote video security system that integrates security and technical precautions with hardware and software combining. The system strengthens the safety and security management of unattended substation relying on the latest 4G private network technology and advanced hardware equipment.

Abstract: In this paper, a new approach of designing robust adaptive backstepping controller for horizontal position control of a rotary wing autonomous unmanned vehicle (RAUV) with consideration of parametric uncertainties and external disturbances is proposed. Based on this new approach, the proposed RAUV controller is adaptive to the parametric uncertainties and robust to the external disturbances. To prove the convergence of different tracking error to zero, a control Lyapunov function (CLF) is formulated in every step of the design process of controller and which is guaranted through the negative definiteness of the derivative of CLF. At last, a numerical evaluation is performed on a highly fedility nonlinear simulation model to justify the usefulness of the proposed controller. The performance of the designed controller is also compared with a classical PID controller. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed controller provides an improved performance for the closed-loop system in the presence of parametric and external uncertainties within the UAH model over the existing controller.

Abstract: This paper presents a methodology to include financial risk management for the design of multiproduct, multi-echelon supply chain networks under uncertainty. The method is in the framework of two-stage stochastic programming. Definitions of financial risk and downside risk are adapted. Using these definitions, financial risk management constraints are introduced and a new two-stage stochastic programming model is established. Case studies illustrate the applicability of such financial risk management. Trade-offs between expected cost and risk are also analyzed.

Abstract: Nowadays, together with the huge development in information technology, the use of numerical method is no longer an obstacle. It provides a lot of advantages such as providing high precise solutions, reducing time and cost for designing and manufacturing flying vehicle models and dealing with extremely complex problems by using physical models compared to the usual analytical methods. The operation of airplanes represents a critical aerodynamic practical problem due to the wing. Interference this article presents a method to identify the aerodynamics coefficients of flying vehicles for isolate wing using software ANSYS. CFX and compares obtained results to the with those received by analytical method.

Abstract: The results of basic dynamic elements research of filters with time-varying parameters which are low-pass filters, high-pass filters, and band-stop filters are presented. With the use of those elements more complex nonstationary structures were created. This provided the capability of forming spectral characteristics. Examples of filtration presented in this paper showed the reduction of transient state. Presented study assumes, that it is possible to create complex structures with required spectral properties.

Abstract: Accidents that happen on the Urban Railway or in railroad operating institutions can sometimes involve passengers and often occur with night workers who are carrying out system maintenance and management duties. Various safety related systems and technologies are currently being developed in order to prevent accidents from happening, but it is difficult to find a system that is safe and reliable in regards to unforeseen circumstances of duties carried out at night, on and off the tracks, as well as in tunnels. Despite continuous health and safety education, collision accidents between workers and operating vehicles (motorcars) during maintenance and management at night are regularly occurring, threatening precious lives and rendering the loss of property. The purpose of this paper is to prevent accidents between trains, between motorcars, and between trains and people in the Urban Railway and railroad operating institutions through an RT-ToF (Round Trip Time of Flight), appropriate for vehicles and trains, by developing a device that can trace the distance and location by using an RF module.

Abstract: Since Wikipedia encyclopedia is one of the most popular web sites on the internet, providing accurate information is of abundant importance. In this research, the effective variables on quality of Persian articles are identified and a system is, then, designed for judging articles in three quality levels: high quality, cleanup needed, and deletion. First, the variables relating to the articles included in the list of featured articles, good articles, cleanup needed, and deletion articles are collected. Then, two methods are used for the analysis of data: First, a decision tree explains the relationships among the collected variables as rules that are implemented by adaptive neuro fuzzy interference system. Second, the data are implemented by subtractive clustering algorithm and the error of both methods is, finally, measured and compared. The results indicate that the average daily hits, total views, page length, total number of edits, total number of authors, and number of templates used are directly related to quality of Persian articles while the number of recent number of authors is inversely related to quality of articles.
