Abstract: This is a web based application which will enable NFRA current manual system to be computerized, intend to automate all procedures which currently manually conducted users. With computerized system referrals, vendors and zone manager will be registered by system administrator and will be given credentials for viewing total NFRA available stock for sell, only the system administrator will have full access to the NFRA inventory purchase and sell control system by new stock, editing available stock and updating of referrals. NFRA web based system will permits customer to interact with system by choosing which kind of referrals wants to trade with, and customer will be able to place an order and print an invoice as long as there is enough stock, the order will expire when its validity time has finished. This application will eliminate all problems that currently phased by NFRA clients.

Abstract: Electroencephalogram (EEG) comprises valuable details related to the different physiological state of the brain. In this paper, a framework is offered for detecting the epileptic seizures from EEG data recorded from normal subjects and epileptic patients. This framework is based on a discrete wavelet transform (DWT) analysis of EEG signals using linear and nonlinear classifiers. The performance of the different combinations of two-class epilepsy detection is studied using Support Vector Machine (SVM) and neural network analysis (NNA) classifiers for the derived statistical features from DWT. In this new approach first parse EEG signals to sub-bands in different categories with the help of discrete wavelet transform (DWT) and then we derive statistical features such as Mean, Median, Standard Deviation, Kurtosis, Entropy, Skewness for each sub-band. These features, extracted from details and approximation coefficients of DWT sub-bands, are used as input to Principal Component Analysis (PCA). The classification is based on reducing the feature dimension using PCA and deriving the Support Vector Machine (SVM) and neural network analysis (NNA). In classification of normal and epileptic, results obtained exhibited an accuracy of 100% by applying NNA and 99% by SVM it has been found that the computation time of NNA classifier is lesser than SVM to provide 100% accuracy.

Abstract: Silicates are the largest, the most complicated and the most interesting class of minerals by far. Kulli introduced the Banhatti indices of a graph. In this paper the general K-Banhatti indices, first and second K-Banhatti indices, K hyper Banhatti indices and modified K Banhatti indices for triangular silicate network, triangular oxide network, rhombus oxide network and rhombus silicate networks are computed.

Abstract: Systems Analysis and Design is an exciting endeavour as well as an active field in which analysts continually learn new techniques and approaches to develop systems more effectively and efficiently. Any organization that wants to have a long-lasting impact on its target market, must be ready to invest its resources in planning and research, to ascertain whether a new project is viable, partially viable or impracticable. This will either show the survival tendencies of the organization as it relates to the project or its weaknesses in handling the project. Every system development inadvertently follows four phases, which are: planning, analysis, design, and implementation. All complex systems can be decomposed into a nested hierarchy of subsystems because the different facets of every individual organization are either a system, part of a system or a subsystem. For an embodiment of various singular interconnected parts to be considered a system, it must have followed through with a methodology or an approach. This paper utilizes expository methodology and drives towards giving a concise overview of the various approaches to be adopted while developing a system. It begs to give more insight to the current methodologies in systems development, the emerging approaches and the pros and cons. The authors investigate from inception to the current methodologies, knowing full well that many occurrences in life happens in correspondence to dispensations, times and seasons; just like winter and summer, the authors understudy the various dispensations to pin the prevalent methodologies in certain time spaces, the advances or improvement as well as the advantages and disadvantages they have over others as time progresses. In the process, old systems methodologies are improved to serve a larger target and the amount of work needed per time reduces as new system methodology are developed over time.

Abstract: Parameters of a vacuum interrupter are essential. Although most of researchers and industries are involving metallurgy by using a refractory materials “alloys” electroplates for vacuum interrupter for the sake of sustainable materials against both arcing current, chopping currents and disruptive over voltages. This paper addresses the description of all parameters and evaluates switching processing times for three circuit breakers, VD4 /ABB Vacuum type 6.6KV/1500A/20KV/40KV-IEC60-071 "for maximum switching times 2.7ms". Three synchronous generators 6.6KV/8MW each have been connected to three power transformers, rating 6.6KV/1250KVA in refinery power plant.
