Abstract: The paper analyzes the possibility of realization of the principle of individualization of mathematics teaching in the didactic system of teaching with the help of computers. In addition to the presentation of the function of computers in this teaching system and the student - computer - teacher relationship, some important characteristics of educational software in mathematics teaching are given. The presented analysis, based on the current level of development of information technologies, computers, educational software, the internet, their role and place in the teaching process, should show that computer-assisted teaching fully encompasses all static and dynamic parameters of individualization, ie. that it is a didactic system in which the individualization of teaching can be achieved. The primary use of educational tools for mathematical purposes is quality verification of results. There are various tools for developing student logic based on interactivity. Mathematically educational tools are designed for innovative, interactive and dynamic learning in a variety of areas of mathematics. This paper aims to describe the application of educational tools with which can develop interactivity and help pupils and students understand better, more clearly mathematics and to understand that it is all around us, that it is our everyday life.Abstract: The paper analyzes the possibility of realization of the principle of individualization of mathematics teaching in the didactic system of teaching with the help of computers. Abstract: Road traffic crashes are a major socio-economic and public health problem, affecting all people of the world and Ethiopia is a country with a very large number of traffic crashes and fatality rate. This study has major objective of assessing the predictors of road traffic accident in Bahir Dar city, Ethiopia and identifies factors that contribute to the occurrence of road traffic crashes that leads human death. Data regarding to the number of deaths per road traffic crash were obtained from Bahir Dar city administration traffic police office for a two year period from July 2015-June 2017. In this study we applied six count models namely Poisson, negative binomial, generalized Poisson, zero inflated Poisson, zero-inflated negative binomial and zero inflated generalized Poisson regression models. Based on different models comparison criteria, e.g. AIC, log likelihood and Vuong test ZIGP regression model provides more appropriate fit to the number of human death per road traffic crashes data considered in this study. Sex, age, driving under alcohol, fatigue, not give priority, days of weeks, road condition, overloading, over speeding, and type of accident were found to be statistically significant predictors of human death due to road traffic crash.Abstract: Road traffic crashes are a major socio-economic and public health problem, affecting all people of the world and Ethiopia is a country with a very large number of traffic crashes and fatality rate. Abstract: Education is considered as a vehicle for national, social and economic development. Developmental goals may not be achieved unless appropriate educational policies are carefully planned. Cooperative learning is a teaching approach in which students work cooperatively in small teams with individuals of different talents, abilities and background to complete a common goal. This study was set out to examine the views about cooperative learning in domain of group work of second year civil engineering students of Arba Minch University, Ethiopia. Analysis of the data yielded that student was favorable to do work on group work along with associated cooperative learning methods. The results of this study suggest that students could be developing different attitudes toward teamwork from their educational experiences. The challenge for University educators is to develop skills to facilitate positive teamwork experience among their students who will need to interact with each other in transnational teams in the workplace of the future.Abstract: Education is considered as a vehicle for national, social and economic development.
