Abstract: Aims: To find the Frequency of kidney stone in population of Peshawar coming to northwest general hospital. Material and Methods: This was Cross sectional examination done in North west General Hospital and Research center Peshawar during March to June 2019. Data were collected on a self-administer Questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 22. Results: From the study over a period (4 months) a total number of 100 CT scan were done for finding kidney stones. Of these 64 patients having kidney stones and 36 were having no kidney stones. Among 64 patients 25 (37.3%) were males patients and 39 (58.2%) were female patients which are involved in the study. The most patients having kidney stones are under age of 35 to 50 years of age. Patients with right kidney stones were 44 (65.7%) and left kidney stones were 29 (43.3%). Conclusion: The final results of this study at have proven that urolithiasis indicates urinary tract stone involved number of factor. Selection of internal and external factors has an effect on the prevalence of disease in people. Female genders are more likely to developed kidney stone as compared to male. Computed tomography (CT) has been described because the “best imaging observe to verify the analysis of urinary stone,” A situation so that it will arise in up to 12% of the population and continues to account for up to 50% of these patients.

Abstract: As a starting point and to clarify the methodology of this project we emphasize that the first person to coin the term Business Intelligence was Hans Peter Luhn, IBM researcher, who, in his article "A Business Intelligence System" published in 1958 mentions the term and provides the following definition: "is the ability to learn the relationships of facts presented in a way that guides actions towards a desired goal". And although it is quite basic compared to today, it opens the doors to a large field of research that brings us to one of the most important technologies of today. Years later topics were introduced to the world of BI, as for example the creation of the concept of database, then large databases for large companies, in the same way the concept of the Datawarehouse, time later arrived the Business Intelligence 2.0, Big data and so on to structure a robust methodology in which all companies worldwide would be immersed. On the other hand, and hand the main objective of the BI was structured. It allows companies to optimize resources, monitor the fulfillment of the company’s objectives and the ability to make good decisions to obtain better results. It represents a competitive advantage for the company, since it acts as a strategic factor in its organization and responds to the doubts that arise in a business, such as financial control, cost optimization, customer profile analysis, production planning or profitability of a product. Thus, all Business Intelligence systems have in common the following features: Accessibility to information: these tools and techniques guarantee users' access to data, regardless of where they come from. Decision Support: Users are sought to have access to analytics tools that allow them to select and use the data they are most interested in. End-User Orientation: The aim is the independence between the technical knowledge of users and their ability to use these tools.

Abstract: Recently, more and more studies regarding neural networks have been done. However, the learning process of neural networks is often elusive to human beings, which leads to the advent of feature visualization techniques. Activation Maximization (AM) is one of the feature visualization techniques, originally designed for image data. In AM, the input data is optimized to find the data that activates the selected neuron. In this paper, the emotion recognizer’s output is selected as the neuron, and the latent code of a generator (of Generative Adversarial Networks) is optimized instead of the input raw data. The aim of this study is to apply AM to different representations of audio data (waveform-based data and mel-spectrogram-based data) and different model structures (CNN, WaveNet, LSTM), and to find out the most suitable condition for AM in audio domain data. Additionally, we have also tried to visualize the essential features of being a certain class for emotion classification in speech data, using 2 datasets: the Toronto emotional speech set (TESS) and the Ryerson Audio-Visual Database of Emotional Speech and Song (RAVDESS). The mel-spectrogram-based models were found to be superior to the others, showing the distinctive features of selected emotions. More specifically, the CNN-mel-spectrogram-based model was the best in both qualitative and quantitative (FID score) results. Moreover, as demonstrated in this study, AM can also be employed as an output enhancer for generative models.

Abstract: All existing basic regulator design methods are summarized in this paper and compared concerning their usability and formal algebraic formulations. First the regulators based on state-feedback is discussed. These regulators mostly use pole placement, sometimes with full pole cancellation. The other versions are based on characteristic polynomial design, which is a feedback regulator design method. Another class of the regulators are based on the Youla-parameterization, which is sometimes called Q-parameterization. Then it is shortly summarized how a Youla regulator is computed. Finally it is systematically proved that the best usable method is the Youla-parameterization based regulator design introduced by the authors.
