Abstract: A survival analysis model leads one to analyze main factors which impact a patient’s therapy process. In practice a survival analysis is capable of affecting therapeutic protocols. Different methods have been approached to analyze the survival of a breast cancer patient by researchers. The objective of this research is to lead specialists analyzing the breast cancer patients effectively. This research by analyzing 2010 breast cancer patients 1) attempts to propose six different statistical models using parametric and semi-parametric approaches for survival analysis of breast cancer patients, 2) compares the performance capabilities of the proposed statistical models analytically, and 3) addresses the most superior approach for a survival analysis of a breast cancer. To analyze the capability of the six proposed models Akaike term is used. This comprehensive research also indicates that the hazard factors commonly proposed in literature are not capable of leading a specialist to analyze the survival completely. Although it is possible to model the breast cancer survival using different approaches, this research reveals the proposed semi parametric model is capable of providing the most superior condition. The capability of the best parametric model among the five proposed parametric models of this comprehensive research is also addressed. Kaplan-Meier diagram is used to analyze the importance of two new hazard factors proposed in this paper.

Abstract: In this paper, new an oscillation criterion for a class of fourth-order nonlinear delay differential equations are established by using the double generalized Riccatti substitutions. Recently, there has been increasing interest related to the theory of delay differential equations (DDEs), this has been attributed to the important of understanding of application in delay differential equations. Recent applications that include delay differential equations continue to appear with increasing frequency in the modeling of diverse phenomena in physics, biology, ecology, and physiology. So, other authors have been attracted to finding the solutions of the differential equations or deducing important characteristics of them has received the attention of many authors. The solution to this equation is important in order to understand these issues and phenomena, or at least to know the characteristics of the solutions to these equations. But, differential equations such as those used to solve real life problems may not necessarily be directly solvable, i.e., do not have closed form solutions. The main objective of this work is to provide an opportunity to study the new trends and analytical insights of the delay differential equations, existence and uniqueness of the solutions, boundedness and persistence, oscillatory behavior of the solutions, stability and bifurcation analysis, parameter estimations and sensitivity analysis, and numerical investigations of solutions. One objective of our paper is to further simplify and complement some well-known results which were published recently in the literature. An illustrative example is included.

Abstract: The main business of any governments irrespective of the tier or arm in focus should be to provide a stable political and economic environment. Government policies throughout the world should aim to promote fiscal responsibility, remove barriers to competition, ensure a framework for good governance, and ensure accountability, reliability, and transparency of functions. Where the required framework to support the attainability and sustainability of a “good” governance is lacking, the result is system plagued with numerous corrupt practices resulting in lawlessness, intense poverty, high unemployment rate, inequalities and lack of justice, etc. This paper unveils the role of ICT in driving accountability, reliability and transparency of government business in an electronic environment (e-government) by investigating the presence of indexes of good governance, the role of e-government for the overall reform and transformation of government business, and the long run impact on stimulating a knowledge-based society. The paper investigates the benefits accrued from ICT and e-government implementation. Further, the research adopts quantitative (hypothetic deductive) methodology, which design administered a survey instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The results of the quantitative analysis were discussed and interpreted in relation to the key issues of the research. Result validates that ICT or e-Government as a major pillar of the governance in driving accountability, reliability and transparency among public servants and institutions in Nigeria. Such cognitive robots are used in services industry, for the commercial and entertaining purposes. In article approach to creation of cognitive robots on the basis of modeling of communicative and associative logic of imitative thinking of the person is considered. Cognitive robots on the basis of modeling of communicative and associative logic of imitative thinking of the person are used as lecturers and consultants. also in professional activity when concepts and competences are strictly defined. The communicative and associative logic of thinking allows to create the symbolical conceiving robot capable to study, realize information requirements (tasks), to train subject areas, to communicate with the help of the speech, to read and write in various languages. The robot on the basis of symbolical language communicative logic solves a problem of the automated imitation of imitative thinking with associative and communicative symbolical language elements of knowledge. The main practical objectives of imitation of imitative thinking are drawing up the intrinsic focused dictionaries of the developed subject domains of knowledge and standard information requirements; drawing up standard procedures of realization of information requirements; formation of networks from communicative and associative symbolical language elements of knowledge of subject domains; expansion of a natural language to functional; creation of systems of speech and text communication in a natural language and recognitions of the speech of interlocutors.

Abstract: The problem of the dualism of properties of quantum objectsis still one of the constantly debated problems of physics. To solve this problem, Wheeler proposed a thought experiment with a change in diffraction conditions for a separately flying particle. Interpretation of real experiments on the diffraction scattering of microparticles suggests that their behavior is determined by both their past and their future state. The purpose of this paper is to explain the obtained paradoxical result by the methods of classical physics. The concept of the temporal state of an object is introduced, which is equal to the square root of the pulse, analogous to the wave function in quantum mechanics. The novelty of the adopted approach is to describe the interaction of the current temporary state, both with the past and with the future temporary states. In this case, the interaction forces are proportional to the product of neighboring temporary states and inversely proportional to the time interval between these temporary states. The range of applicability of the proposed model is limited by speeds that are significantly lower than the speed of light, as well as by the condition of relatively small (compared to speed) temporal velocity increments. On the basis of the adopted method, formulas of classical dynamics for uniformly accelerated motion and motion along a circle are derived. In the framework of new ideas, the principle of equality of action and reaction is justified for the force of inertia.

Abstract: The properties and compositions of feedstock have great impact on reaction performances in residue hydrotreating and hydrocracking. The deactivation of residue hydrotreating and hydrocracking catalysts are mainly due to the high content of sulfur and nitrogen in residue. The removal rate of sulfur and nitrogen is an important parameter for the stability and life of catalyst. The primary objective of the present work is to prepare highly efficient denitrification catalyst. According to the mechanism of nano self-assembly, a series of Mo-Ni nano self-assemble catalysts were prepared by the method of forward and reverse micelles. The results shown that refining catalysts with the Mo and Ni ratio of 6:1, the theory loading is 30%, the denitrification rate was 56.2%; While the Mo and Ni ratio of cracking catalyst is 6:1, the theory loading is 25%, the Mo-Ni nano self-assemble catalysts will reach the best performance at the denitrification rate of 58.3%. For further studies grading the high activity of hydrotreating catalyst SS-1 and hydrocracking catalyst SS-2 in a fixed bed microreactor to investigate the denitrification rate with different process by orthogonal experiments. The result shown that when pressure arrived 14MPa, LVSH is 0.2h-1, reaction temperature is 390°C, hydrogen/oil ratio 850:1 is the final investigation result, at this point HDN = 79.20%.

Abstract: Cloud Computing Security is part of the foreseeable evolution of Information Technology (IT) which any organisation intending to attain or sustain competitiveness must need to embrace in order to play in the evolving digital economy. Evidently, companies who tackle cloud computing responsibly need not entertain fears of security concerns, threats and associated risks on the path to the cloud. This research paper unveils that the concerns of handling security, privacy or forensic in the cloud virtualised environment are not as much a nightmare as compared to addressing them in-house. In an environment where information systems security and privacy has become paramount concern to enterprise customers, the risk of unauthorized access to information in the cloud poses a significant concern to cloud stakeholders. In a bid to mitigate the inevitable threats concerns of the associated stakeholders, this research prescribes the deployment of a cloud computing threat model, relevant to all other computing environments. Further, the research undertook and accessed a survey which was designed to identify and rank the various security, privacy, and forensic issues plaguing fears to the full adoption and deployment of this new computing paradigm. The survey was geared at the Nigeria marketplace among practicing IT professionals and organisations. Consequently, the drive to underpin this new direction and computing paradigm was advocated where the research highlights and ranks some of the operational concerns for cloud users in Nigeria, and further suggests measures to raise the level of awareness and engagement around those concerns within the constituencies of various consumers of the services. However, the research further argues that proper implementation of security, privacy, and forensic measures should not just be seen as the cloud providers’ sole concern, but the responsibilities of all consumers of the services. Thus, the paper prescribes techniques which could help cloud users maintain control of their data at rest or in transit within the cloud networks rather than outsource control to external vendors as usual.
