Abstract: Vehicle detection and tracking is an important part of the intelligent transportation system. With the rapid development of computer vision, video based vehicle detection and tracking technology has become a hot topic. In this paper, on the foundation of the present work, an enhanced detection tracking algorithm is proposed based on the popular Gauss mixture model(GMM) and Camshift. First, GMM is used to extract the foreground, and then the morphological operations is carried out to enhance the image, so that to remove the random noises. Finally, enhanced Camshift is designed to track the vehicle which is discussed in detail below. The experimental results demonstrate that the tracking accuracy can be improved.

Abstract: The compressed sensing algorithm based on gradient projection for spare reconstruction (CS-GPSR) is applied to electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) image reconstruction in this paper. First, using the orthogonal basis of FFT transformation, the grey signals of original images can be sparse. Secondly, the observation matrix of ECT system was designed by rearranging the exciting-measuring order, and the capacitance measurements and corresponding sensitivity matrix can be obtained. Finally, the reconstructed images can be obtained using CS-GPSR algorithm. Simulation experiments were carried out and the results showed that the reconstructed images with higher quality can be obtained using the presented CS-GPSR algorithm, compared with conventional linear back projection (LBP) and Landweber iterative algorithms.

Abstract: In the student programming examination, the program must be automatically evaluated. It can be not give a reasonable score to the wrong program by comparing the output results of the dynamic evaluation method. Only by using the static analysis of the program can it give more accurate results. In this paper, the ratio of the length of the program feature vector and the Token sequence are introduced in two static analysis algorithms of attribute count and the longest common subsequence, and the optimum weight of various algorithms is determined by experiments. The experimental results show that the score given by the algorithm is very close to the teacher's score, which proves that the algorithm is an effective automatic scoring method.

Abstract: There has been an increase interest among automakers to develop autonomous cars. However, the level of acceptance of the autonomous cars among users is limited. Considering that trust is one of the main determinants for users to accept the autonomous cars. Considering that user’s needs and expectation are highly important when developing the autonomous car, a trust requirements model that consists of attributes and related properties based on the perspectives of the users has been developed. The model was also developed based on the proposition that automakers need to consider trust requirements at the early stage of developing the autonomous car. Drawn from a systematic analysis of the literature review, seven attributes, namely safety, security, privacy, performance, user’s experience, reliability and economic value together with their related properties were identified. It was also found that there is a one-to-many relationship between the attribute and its properties. This model, named as trust requirements autonomous car (TReAC) model can be used as guideline for automakers to develop acceptable autonomous cars. It is anticipated that this model can be adaptable to other domain. Future work should be dedicated to validating and testing this model.

Abstract: The efficiency of the measurement of mechanical parts with multihole is needed to be improved in the information era, while the size measurement of mechanical parts relying mainly on manual detection currently with very low efficiency. To meet the repuiremant of equipment manufacturing automation, the efficiency of the measurement of mechanical parts should match the speed of the line. As a new technology to solve the measurement problem of the objects with irregular shape (such as multihole), machine vision provide a more effective way. To build a measurement system of mechanical parts with multihole, there are many relevant aspects to be considered, such as the choices of hardware, software development, algorithm design, ect. Image processing is one of the most important steps to build a successful visual system, which usually consists of image preprocessing, image segmentation, feature extraction and defect classification. The design and implementation of measurement system of mechanical parts with multihole based on machine vision will be discussed in this paper. The experiment results show that the improved algorithm can effectively filter the noise of surface images, which make the outline of the hole can be tested out easier. The system in this paper not only ensures the measurement precision of the pore diameter of the workpiece, but also realizes the measurement of the pore diameter of the workpiece at the same time.

Abstract: The effect of image processing is determined by the amount of information provided by the image files. With the development of integrated circuit and sensor technology, the image information acquisition technology has been greatly improved, we can obtain higher and higher image quality, and it is possible that image files contain more and more abundant information. The realization of technologies such as image target detection and recognition, image and video retrieval, image segmentation, matching and understanding has a high dependence on image quality. By use of a series of sensors or instruments, we collect relevant data and add relevant information in image files, adding some information to traditional image files, such as: complex environmental information (smoke, fog, rain, clouds, snow, etc.), feature targets Distance, brightness, etc., are conducive to the processing of graphic feature data. The paper analyzes the hierarchical structure of image information, the necessity and feasibility of the increase of image file information, how to increase the relevant information in the image file format, and the significance of the rich information image file format.
