Abstract: Transportation in warehouses and production workshops is a matter of urgency today. Most warehouses arrange routes for circulation along the shelves, transportation vehicles will move on this road to perform the task of exporting or importing goods. Routes will be arranged to move in one direction because vehicles do not have enough space to turn around in cramped warehouses. This causes many difficulties in planning the trajectory for transportation vehicles, especially self-propelled vehicles. In our study, we present the design and development of a self-propelled robot capable of omnidirectional movement and equipped with a 3-DoFs serial manipulator for object manipulation. The robot employs an image processing algorithm for object classification based on colors recognition. It utilizes four stepper motors for Mecanum wheels motion and three stepper motors to control the robotic arm. An Arduino Mega board enables precise control of these motors. The mechanical model is designed using Solidworks, with the robotic arm 3D printed and the mobile robot's structure laser-cut from Mika sheets. The final prototype is assembled by integrating these components. The image processing algorithm enhances object classification, accurately detecting objects based on color. Additionally, a line tracking algorithm aids in efficient path navigation. The robot autonomously moves to designated locations, picks up objects with its robotic arm, and transports them as needed. With omnidirectional mobility, robotic arm manipulation, and intelligent image processing, this robot proves valuable for various applications.

Abstract: Furniture refers to the essential equipment for human beings to maintain normal life, engage in production practices, and carry out social activities. With the development of the social economy, furniture has also been constantly developing and innovating in the footsteps of the times. Nowadays, there are a wide variety of materials, complete varieties, and diverse uses. Furniture is an indispensable part of people's lives, an important foundation for establishing work and living spaces, and plays an important role in various aspects of daily life. Since the reform and opening up, the furniture industry has been developing for 40 years. With the development of the economy and the improvement of people's living standards, furniture enterprises have also injected more achievements into the design of product appearance, structure, and refined functions. Various types of furniture products have demonstrated an unprecedented level of specialization. Faced with such a diverse range of furniture, how users find entry points and products that meet their own needs has become an important factor. The classification of furniture products has always played an important role in the macro development and management of the national economy and industry, and is also beneficial for users to have an overall macro concept of the product system before choosing furniture products. This article is based on the summary of practical experience in various projects, focusing on the product characteristics and usage requirements of existing industries. It analyzes and classifies the main products according to different principles and methods, as well as the application of product classification in practice.

Abstract: Furniture refers to a type of equipment that is essential for human beings to maintain normal life, engage in production practices, and carry out social activities. In recent years, furniture companies have also developed towards specialization, regionalization, functionalization, and intelligence in product design and production. With the development of domestic engineering infrastructure projects, the proportion of centralized procurement furniture in the industry has been increasing year by year. The demand for centralized procurement of furniture products has reached an unprecedented peak. In order to meet the needs of office, experiment, learning, and other use, the user unit pays more attention to the professionalism of furniture products and the concept of integrating products with the environment based on the selection standards of furniture products, appearance and color matching. In centralized procurement projects, bidding is often indispensable. An important aspect of this process is to specify the various parameters of the required products in the bidding documents, in order to form a unified standard and enable the purchaser to select the highest quality supplier under the same standard. It is essential for consumers who purchase furniture to understand the technical parameters of furniture. Technical parameters are not only related to the lifespan and comfort level of furniture, but also closely related to the quality of life. This article is based on the practical experience of various centralized procurement projects, analyzing and organizing the conventional furniture products involved in the market. It systematically sorts out how to accurately and comprehensively describe the appearance, materials, function, structure, quality, and environmental performance parameters of furniture products, and explores the rational description methods of parameters.

Abstract: The experiment was conducted at Mechara Agricultural Research center in 2020/2021 with objective of to determine the effect of inter-row spacing on yield components and yield of common bean varieties. The experiment was consisted factorial combination of two common beans (Awash-2 and Chercher) and seven inter-row spacing (25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 and 55 cm). Fourteen treatments were laid down in randomized complete block design (RCBD) which replicated three times per treatment. From analyzed data day to flowering, plant height, primary branch, leaf area, seed per pod, biomass, grain yield, hundred seed weight and harvest index were significantly affected by inter row spaces at p<0.05. Days maturity, plant height, pod length, primary branch, leaf area, pod per plant and seed per pod were significantly affected by variety difference. at p<0.05 and others trait such as plant height, pod per plant, seed per pod, grain yield and hundred seed weight were significantly affected by interaction effect of inter-row spacing and variety at p<0.05. From the analyzed result highest grain yield (2913kg ha-1) was recorded from Awash-2 variety when planted at 35cm inter-row spacing and the next highest yield was (2543kg ha-1) was recorded by chercher variety at 50cm inter-row spacing. Therefore sowing Awash-2 varieties at 35cm and chercher variety 50cm inter-row spacing could be appropriate at the in study areas. Since the experiment was done for one year it is better to repeat the experiment over years and location for further recommendation.

Abstract: In order to prevent the subway stampede accident, the basic characteristics of subway stampede accident were analyzed, the evolution process of subway stampede accident was summarized, and the key factor leading to subway stampede accident was determined to be crowd density, and the importance of building subway stampede accident Pre-warning system was clarified. By combing and constructing the linkage mechanism of subway stampede accident alarm, as the basic framework, a new subway stampede accident Pre-warning system is proposed and developed, which includes crowd density monitoring system, emergency evacuation system and broadcast information system. Through the crowd density monitoring system, the risk value of crowd crowding in the subway station can be quantified, and the Pre-warning information of subway stampede can be sent. The emergency evacuation system and the broadcast information system can quickly respond to evacuate the crowd, reduce the risk, and realize the control of the risk of subway stampede, which can effectively prevent the subway stampede.
