Abstract: With the drastic development of computing technologies, there is an ever-increasing trend in the growth of data. Data scientists are overwhelmed with such a large and ever-increasing amount of data, as this now requires more processing channels. The big concern arising here for large-scale data is to provide support for the decision making process. Here in this study, the MapReduce programming model is applied, an associated implementation introduced by Google. This programming model involves the computation of two functions; Map and Reduce. The MapReduce libraries automatically parallelize the computation and handle complex tasks including big data distribution, loads and fault tolerance. This MapReduce implementation with the source formation of Google and the open-source mechanism, Hadoop has an objective of handling computation of large clusters of commodities. Our implication of MapReduce and Hadoop framework is aimed at discussing terabytes and petabytes of storage with thousands of machines parallel to every machine and process at identical times. This way, large processing and manipulation of big data are maintained with effective result orientations. This study will show up the basics of MapReduce programming and open-source Hadoop structure application. The Hadoop system can speed up the handling of big data and respond very fast.

Abstract: Wood structure is a kind of space or plane structure which is mainly loaded by wood or wood products and connected and fixed by various metal connectors or mortise and tenon. Wood structure building refers to the building with wood as load-bearing components. Wood used in wood structure building materials, wood from renewable natural resources, is green material. Wood is the only renewable green building material in the main building structure materials. It has unique advantages different from other traditional building materials in recycling, energy saving, and environmental protection, earthquake resistance and disaster reduction, assembly and prefabrication, construction efficiency, and so on. Scientific management and use of forest resources, under the condition of ensuring resource renewal, timber can be produced continuously, which can effectively solve the problem of shortage of raw materials. In wood structure building, wood can be used for both structural load-bearing and interior and exterior decoration. With the development and popularization of modern integrated material technology, the application technology of wood for building structure is becoming more and more modern. It is no longer a brick and wood house in the traditional sense. More and more small-size or even fragmentary wood is used to process and synthesize large-scale building components. This paper introduces the characteristics of wood structure building, studies the development status and existing problems of wood structure building in China and abroad, and puts forward some suggestions for the future development direction of wood structure building.

Abstract: Wood structure is a structure that only or mainly bears the load by wood, and it is connected and fixed by various metal connectors or mortise and tenon means. According to the classification of materials used, it can be divided into: ordinary wood structure, glulam structure, and light wood structure. Wood is the only renewable material in building materials. As a structural material, the seismic performance of wood is obviously better than other materials. Timber structure building usually uses standard timber and wood-based structural board or gypsum board to make timber frame wall, floor and roof system. Light wood structure building, log structure building and ordinary structure building have their own characteristics, production technology and processing equipment are different. Wood structure architecture has a long history, but at the same time, the development of wood structure is also facing a series of problems. The misunderstanding of wood structure buildings is first reflected in the belief that cutting down trees to build wood structure buildings destroys ecology and is not environmental friendly. Another important misunderstanding is flammability. In addition, there are many misunderstandings about wood structure architecture, such as weak strength, easy corrosion and so on. In fact, all these problems have been better solved with the development of modern technology. This paper studies the form and production technology of wood structure building, and discusses the existing problems of wood structure building as well as the protection technology of wood structure.

Abstract: This paper studies the application of oak in wood structure building. Oak is a type of high-grade building timber. Due to its high density and high hardness, there was few equipment or tools to process oak in the past. Most of them were only used for burning or making charcoal, but they were not well developed. With the development of science and technology, there are no obstacles in processing tools and technology for oak, and oak has been widely used. At present, China is in the period of urbanization and rapid development of new rural construction. Oak structure has unique advantages in energy saving and environmental protection, earthquake resistance and fire prevention, and housing industrialization. However, at present, the available oak resources are relatively few and the price is relatively high. The imported oak is mostly used in interior decoration, cask and other fields with less material in our country. The development of oak wood structure building still needs to make a lot of efforts. Based on the principle of sustainable utilization, we should develop and plant high-quality oak varieties that can be applied to wood structure, improve yield, realize self-sufficiency and reduce cost. At the same time, the government should vigorously promote the relevant policies of oak wood structure building construction, encourage design units and enterprises to actively participate in the design and construction of oak wood structure building, combine oak wood structure with other building materials, reduce the comprehensive construction cost, and improve the standards and specifications of oak wood structure design, construction and maintenance, so as to promote the better application of oak wood in wood structure building.
