Abstract: In this paper we present a methodology for the design and control of a neutralizer to reduce pollution of the space with not useful electromagnetic waves. Thereby innovated structure of intense wave neutralizer is presented. Sizing and modelling program is developed. This study is completed by the implementation of a control model adapted to the neutralizer sizing program.
