The testing of speaking is widely regarded as the most challenging of all language exams to prepare and score. For this, many people don’t even to try to measure the speaking skill. The language learners don’t know where to begin the task of evaluating spoken language. The main purpose of the article is that to remove a good deal of the mystery surrounding speaking tests. Another purpose of the article is to present the most effective classroom approaches available for measuring oral proficiency.
