Abstract: Based on the asset life cycle theory, this paper starts from the long-term economic benefits of the power company on the premise of ensuring the safety performance of the power grid. Through the construction of the risk indicator system, from the aspects of planning and planning process, procurement and construction process, operation and maintenance process, analyze the risk sources in a series of technical and economic measures in the organization, and divide the risk level of each part to help managers prepare for prevention more effectively, change or avoid technical risks.
