Abstract: The zoning system that regulates regional zones for new students is basically carried out to bring the student’s domicile closer to school, the application of the zoning system is carried out at every level by the Regional Government in accordance with its authority. In the application of zoning system, it is necessary to pay attention on the availability of the school capacity which is adjusted to the availability of the number of school-age children at each level in the area. Depok only has 13 Public Senior High School spread across 11 sub-district which can accommodates 3,858 Junior High School graduates. This becomes disproportionate to the number of junior high school graduates which are more than the school available capacity. The condition that occurs is that there is no form of calculating the distance from student's location to the school based on a straight line so that an accurate distance is obtained. In this study, a mapping of the distribution of high school in Depok was carried out, then the distance was calculated using the Haversine formula. Implementation of distance measurement in this study in the form of a website. The results of the study can provide distance information to get school recommendations that are in accordance with the zone criteria, and this study has a good accuracy value of 97.22%.

Abstract: In this article, from the point of view of the theory of coding and information transfer, the existence of a new type of human interaction with knowledge is proved. This method is characterized by the fact that knowledge, thanks to consciousness, being in a digital code (in computers in the form of BIG DATA), have found a way to independently transfer from one material medium to another. Therefore, along with the usual coding, another phenomenon appeared - matter-independent data coding. This phenomenon is the result of natural selection - the competition of forms of information coding. It is important to mention that in the psyche (in phylogeny) there was no disappearance or replacement of forms of coding knowledge about the surrounding material world. It was the constant addition of new forms of knowledge coding. Every form of knowledge that encodes 3D, 2D or 1D can be transmitted to the human brain for processing (in its nerve tissue). The phenomenon of material reality surrounding a person has always been realized as a three-dimensional phenomenon. However, the model of the phenomenon in the human psyche and the three-dimensional nervous tissue of the brain can be three-dimensional, two-dimensional or one-dimensional. Hence, the coding of zero knowledge is a continuation of the previous forms. This zero coding consistently, persistently and not without success gets rid of the influence of the material medium. Finally, it became a form of coding knowledge, completely independent of the material carrier. For example, cloud technologies and electronic money are becoming a model for matter-independent coding of knowledge. Thus, the emergence of a matter-independent coding has led to the fact that the transfer and storage of digitized knowledge from the past to the future is no longer necessarily carried out with the participation of a person. The brain remains a model of the carrier of consciousness only in material-dependent coding.

Abstract: In this paper, we present for the first time a novel .jpeg format story board page for cartoon characters in the software feature film cinema studio industry to make cinema at millisecond time. The earlier works of the cinema studio industry uses Celtx commercial software where in-built figure selection is carried out for story board generation of cartoon character feature film. The use of Artificial Intelligence technology enabled AIDesign commercial software generates the .jpeg format story board with feature options of figure creation, selection, extrapolation and conversion of .jpegs into .mp4 software feature film as individual options along with complete software feature film product in the generation time of millisecond output feature film product. Also, other advantages of AIDesign commercial software is the software is loaded from AI operating system or as executable (.exe file) loaded from Windows operating system. The software generates the .jpeg story board using engineering and product design technology savy enabled trignometric operators, truncated Fourier series operators. Lastly, the software gets trained from the story board (.jpeg image) page 1 and page 2 and predicts the story board page 3 and page 4. Noteworthy aspect is the product design and art illustrated in this paper, provides the engineering and technology advancements to precision manufacture enabled with advancements of science of 2021.
