Abstract: By development of multi-media in networks, the borders among networks are changed and all networks are approaching to be united. Unity of data, video and voice networks in one network has many advantages and disadvantages for users and servers. One of the disadvantages is unwanted events in network including load increase, jitter, information packet loss, delay and etc. and all these lead into low quality of voice and disconnection during simultaneous call. The use of multimedia server is one of the efficient ways to improve VOIP. We can enable the video conferences to transit information packets by media servers, so we can say: media servers can be used as core component for VOIP. In this research work, assessing of media servers is done by simulators that they produce RTP's connections, in additions as an experimental components SEMS that it's a source of media server, is used for asserting the quality by doing packets information with SIP. We can observe that the more increase of connections and pass of the certain threshold, the less of quality. In addition, the other performance metrics such as error rate And packet lost are asserted. The identification of load saturation points and the efforts to eliminate disturbing factors during the increase of simultaneous call in this telephone system, can present quality-based approach to servers of these networks.

Abstract: Ubiquitous Computing is a trending innovation that allows a user to have access to many computers in a transparent manner anytime anywhere thereby enhancing computing confidence. However, the full potential of ubiquitous computing is not yet realised due to challenges including changing location of mobile users, poor network infrastructure, limited system resources, and poor transaction processing model. This work is concerned with the development of a proactive support for active transaction coordination in ubiquitous computing environment. The specific objectives are to identify relevant values of predefined key features of processing units that greatly impact on ubiquitous computing and to predict the processing capability of processing units using relevant values of the predefined features. An object-oriented analysis and system design methodology is employed and the proposed processing unit eligibility identification mechanism and neural network-based classifier is shown to effectively support ubiquitous computing.

Abstract: One way of consideration for identifying the human IS recognition of face by portable tools like mobile and tablet. One challenge is low power in portable android tools for face recognition (identification), so GPU must be used in software connection central Graphic processor which has a good function, compared to present processors in today portable android tools. Binary pattern (local) is one of the methods that are used for characteristic production and the image stratification. In this study, it is suggested to use connection and local binary pattern histogram algorithm to use optimum software open CV and using hardware platform android to identify the face.

Abstract: A novel approach to design the position of linear Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) array elements for short-range UWB imaging is proposed. The proposed method uses Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm to determine the optimal MIMO antenna array topologies that can provide minimum entropy of the reconstructed image. According to the approach, a MIMO array is optimized with minimum entropy indicating high focusing quality.

Abstract: In this paper, a comprehensive study has been on the suitability of implementation of hybrid precoding scheme in performance analysis of the future generation wireless communication system. The 256-by-32 multi antenna supported simulated system incorporates various types of modern and classical channel coding schemes such as Low density parity check (LDPC), Repeat and Accumulate (RA), ½-rated convolutional and non-binary Bose-Chadhuri-Hocquenghem (BCH) and Zero-Forcing (ZF) signal detection technique. With consideration of ray path geometry based mmWave MIMO fading channel and properly designed precoders and combiners and their applicability in simulation works, it is seen from computer simulation results that the presently considered simulated system outperforms in retrieving color image in LDPC channel coding and 16QAM digital modulation and Zero-Forcing (ZF) signal detection schemes.

Abstract: This paper is about the temperature and humidity control system based on Short Messaging Service (GSM) and wireless networks (ZigBee technology). The system can be used in home network communication by software IAR Embedded Workbench as ZigBee development platform. After the user send short message to Short Messaging Service TC35 module, master microcontroller completes the communication between GSM module and ZigBee coordinator, then ZigBee coordinator control Internal family ZigBee terminal nodes according to the content sending by the single-chip computer. On the one hand, the ZigBee coordinator receives data collected by temperature and humidity sensor DHT11 and Short Messaging Service module sent to the user's phone in the form of short message via coding by the master microcontroller, on the other hand, the single-chip computer controls household appliances switch by the triode switch. Through debugging and experimental research of the hardware and software system, we concluded that the system can realize the remote monitoring of indoor temperature and humidity and remote control household appliances reliably, which laid a foundation of further implement on the intelligent of the household environment.

Abstract: In this article the author introduces the notions of combinatorial and of polynomial combinatorial sets in enumerative combinatorics. Formulates the problem of finding in combinatorial set of element with an easily recognizable property. The author proposes an efficient algorithm for solving this problem, which cancels known in the theory of algorithms abstract Turing, Church and Markov. We prove the criterion of polynomiality of the formulated problem. As a special case of this problem considers the problem of recognition of a Hamiltonian cycle in an undirected graph. We prove non-polynomiality this problem, which implies in particular the hypothesis of Jacques Edmonds P ≠NP.
