Values are important for humans to perfect humans so that they are in accordance with their nature. Human rights are natural rights of a person, meaning that these rights are certainly owned by every human individual even when the human is still in the womb. Getting education and teaching is also a form of human rights, to get education and teaching of course this can be obtained through education. In the implementation of education it is not necessarily carried out just like that, but of course it must pay attention to the values of human rights, the values of human rights are the values of anti-discrimination and equality. These values are certainly the basic foundation in the implementation of education in accordance with human rights. The purpose of this research is to socialize the values of Human Rights in the implementation of education. The method used is a qualitative method in which the results of the research are expressed in words. The results of this study are that although there is a striking difference between the number of women and men in SMK Nusantara 2 Kesehatan, this is not a barrier to implementing the role and importance of human rights values in the implementation of education at SMK Nusantara 2 Kesehatan, Thus the striking difference is not an obstacle but something to create unity by taking into account human rights values, namely anti-discrimination and equality.
